250 mm thick or less , PQC pavement work with minimum flexural strength 45 Kg per Sqcm in field in pavement slabs, using minimum 400 Kg of OPC cement per cubic metre ,design mix, laid with mechanical fixed form paver as specified and consolidated in bays to required gradient and camber including necessary steel form work and using non-circular triangular synthetic fibre Recron 3S of 12mm size @ 0.25% by weight of cement and finishing the surfaces while the concrete is green but after evaporation of bleed water and spraying curing compound @0.20Kg/Sqm by mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (non circular synthetic fibre Recron '3S' will be measured & paid for separately as supply only )

Supply only non circular triangular synthetic fibre 12mm size Recron 3S of cement in quality control concrete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M& L 100 thick DLC (Dry lean Concrete) grade (7 days compressive stergth not less than 10N/Sqmm using minimum 180 Kg OPC cement /Cum of concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L 150 mm thick WMM, with coarse aggregates, compressive strength of 800 kg/Cm2 of type lime stone , sand stone, flint or quartzite of grading ( 50 to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed .

Polythene film, 400 micron thick, black with minimum 15cm side and end laps, as per IS-2508 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Net measurement shall be measured without any allowances of over laps.

Material and labour for valve Pit chamber (0.6 M x 0.6 M x 0.9 M) with brick masonary(1:3) cement mortar valve chamber, PCC foundation, plastering and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 5 mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size (40 x 40 x 6) mm with locking arrangement & necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut/bolts etc and painting to MS cover with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing GI/CI pipe line of size 100 /80 / 50 mm dia pipe and making new connection including all fittings and joints as required such as socket, short piece/tee/bends/union etc complete all as specified and directed.

Stop valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed to 80 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat to cover the cable with width equal to the length of brick and abutting each other for protection of cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicators, engraved with type, size and voltage of cable painted, embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 of size 150x100mm fixed in ground at 0.5 mtr height above ground level with 40x 40x5 mm MS angle indicating the route of cable all as specified and directed.
