Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge (Nominal concrete 1:2:4 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent cum design mix) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. HSR 5.23.2

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (in cement Mortar) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. HSR 5.7.4

Removing hume pipes-NP 2/NP 3/NP 4 including excavation and taking out the pipes manually/ by mechanical means and stacking the pipes within standard lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (above 600 mm dia) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. HSR No 5.53.2

Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., including all lead & lift all kind of soil (Making of bund/ diversion etc) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. HSR 4.9.1

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material as per clause 304 of MORT&H specifications Ordinary soil by Mechanical means including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. Providing and laying M-15 in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge, all works upto plinth level, cement content @240 Kg./Cum. including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. HSR 6.22.2.2

HSR 6.24.1

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. HSR No 7.21.1

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in Super Structure above plinth level upto floor IV level in all shapes & size in Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications HSR No.7.22.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level with1 :4: 8 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications HSR No. 6.1.6

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete inter1ocking paver block of M -35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over (BIS 15658:2006) and including 60mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. Providing and fixing in position 20 mm thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10 m to cater for a horizontal movement up to 20 mm, covered with sealant complete as per drawing and MoRT&H pecifications including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc.complete in all respect below & above plinth level, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. HSR 6.33.6

Supplying, filling, spreading & levelling Brick bats in the required thickness,for all leads & lifts, all Complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. Painting on concrete surface, Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1litre for 2 sqm including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications HSR No 27.49
