Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material as per direction of engineer–in-charge.1:3:6. or richers mix(I/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 min width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides andramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed.(All kind of soil including all leads and lifts.

Removal of Excavated mulba dismantled unserviceable material from the site of work by mechanical transport or manual means or animal means including loading and unloading complete job

Providing under layer including preparation of ground 75mm thick (un compacted) layer of dry stone aggregate & grouted with sand. (Complete Job).

Providing & laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level.1:1.5:3(1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse sand: 3graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size).

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. works including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level mild steel and medium tensile steel bars.

Centering & Shuttering including strutting propping etc. & removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Carriage of materials by all means including loading / unloading & stacking complete. Sand
