Repair and Renovation of main inlet chamber bar screen and two channel bar screens in the sector 19 Rohini SPS the job including the following works Providing the services of underwater divers to carry out work under sewage water without shutdown for underwater concrete epoxy on both the sides from top to bottom of MS C Channel repairing/fitting inside the chamber. The work includes the cost of divers service for removing of grit from bottom of the sump for completing the work. The divers team should be equipped with all safety equipments such as Diving air control panel Diving suit Compressor, oxygen cylinder etc and other under water equipments required at site.

Dismantling and Removal of existing old MS bar screen from the inlet sump by cutting of old damaged MS support and all rusted nut bolts by gas cutter and required tools and tackles This also includes the charges of long boom hydra crane for taking out the old bar screen from the sump and keep it at ground for repairing

Repairing of existing bar screen of inlet sump job includes cutting and removing of worn out portion from the bar screen and providing fixing the same new by using of MS flat MS angle channel and making of clamping system on upper side of bar screen for fixing wire rope by fabrication MS plate and pin. Fixing of bar screen in sewage inlet sump with the help of hydra crane with complete tools set and manual labour and making proper alignment for smooth running as per site requirement etc as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of bar screen of size 6 feet long and 5 feet width by fabricated of outer frame by MS. Angle of size 75x75x6mm and inner portion fabricated by MS. Flat iron of size 40x6mm duly welded one by one at 30mm gap in each flat and fixing in sewage channel by making of clamping system on upper side of bar screen for fixing with chain as per site requirement.

Repairing, Alignment and Modification in the existing guide channel as required on both side walls in the sewage channel and inlet sump by removing of old loose fastener and providing and fixing of new fastener by using of electric hammer drill machine. Welding of MS plate with‘C channel duly drilled with proper support fixing by fasteners i c making proper leveling of both side guider for smooth working of bar screen as per site requirement.

Strengthening of upper side MS sheet of bar screen in the inlet sump by Providing fixing of MS supporting angle of size 65x65x6 fabricated with the help of all tools set with manual labour as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing of MS I Section beam of 12 feet height in vertical and horizontal possession to make the structure for fixing of EOT Crane. Fixing of vertical I beam at ground on RCC civil foundation and tightening by MS stud grouted in RCC foundation and fixing of the existing horizontal I beam on the top of vertical I beam. The work includes providing and welding of MS. Plate with 4 nos. holes of 25mm drill on both ends of I Section beam for tightening purpose.

Making of RCC civil foundation for fixing of vertical I section beam also includes the cost of civil material with labour charges.

Providing of EOT. Crane Hoist for channel screen of 2 ton capacity with 3 phase electric wire rope hoist drum fitted with motor of 2 HP, flanged modulate TEFC type. This crane will be work for lifting of bar screen up and down.

Providing of EOT Crane Hoist for inlet sump screen of 3 ton capacity with 3 phase electric wire rope hoist drum fitted with motor of 3 HP flanged modulate TEFC type This crane will be work for lifting of bar screen up and down Make of crane hoist:- Hercules Indef Wh. Bready Avon Reva DJB Approved. Make of motor Crompton ABB Siemens Bhel DJB Approved.

Fixing of EOT Crane on the fixed MS structure by fabrication and fixing of clamping system by using of MS plate with pin shaft and nut bolt etc. as per site requirement. Includes the charges of hydra crane for lifting the EOT crane for fixing as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of MS platform for collecting the floating material removed from the sewage channel and Inlet sump by bar screen. The platform Made out by MS I Section beam of size 200X100X6mm supporting angle 75x75x6mm, MS Chaqured sheet of 6mm thickness. Fixing on RCC wall of Channel and inlet sump by using of fasteners.

Fabrication and fixing of MS platform for collecting the floating material removed from the sewage channel and Inlet sump by bar screen. The platform Made out by MS I Section beam of size 100X50X6mm and supporting angle 75x75x6mm, MS Chaqured sheet of 6mm thickness. Fixing on RCC wall of Channel and inlet sump by using of fasteners.

Fabrication and fixing of tin shed of size 14 ft x 15 ft. in hut shape for safety purpose of complete system fabricated by MS profile sheet MS pipe of 50 mm OD MS angle of size 50 x 50 x 6mm and MS flat iron of size 25x 6 mm MS plate of different sizes as required by job by using of nut bolts with washer and Clamps and welding works as per site requirement with labor charges.

Providing of MS Studs of size16mm X 200mm with nut and washer for civil foundation.

Paint and Primer charges of complete job.

Testing and commissioning of complete system includes the transport charges of tools and tackles to and fro.
