STP E/M PORTION Design, Supply, construction, installation, testing & commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant based on principle of aerobic attached growth non clogging randomly Moving Bed Bio-reactor (MBBR) having capacity 400 KLD, including required foundations and the following as per the specifications.

Two no. Fine bar screen of MSEP construction as per given minimum specifications, to be installed in Fine Bar screen chamber, to prevent floating objects passing through it and subsequently removing manually and dumped for further disposal. Designed for : a) Maximum Velocity through Screen at Peak Flow = 0.6 m/sec b) Minimum Velocity through Screen at Average Flow = 0.3 m/sec c) Clear Area of Opening through Screen for Peak Flow = 0.014 m3/sec d) Clear Spacing of Bars = 6 mm e) Thickness of Bars = 5 mm f) Gross Area of Screen 0.042 m2 g) Assuming Depth of Screen Channel 0.300 m h) Gross Width of Screen 0.141 m j) No. of Bars = 12 No. k) Width of Screen provided = 200mm The screen shall be fabricated out of stainless-steel SS 304

(x) Base frame: Sturdy, fabricated welded construction, channel iron base frame (duly painted) for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturer's design alonwith AVM pads. (y) Battery:-1No. 12 volts DC, 180AH, maintenance free battery with leads & terminals (Make- Excide/Amron). (B) Alternator: Suitable rated at 40 KVA factor , 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM, self excited and self regulated with AVR brushless excitation, screen protected, drip proof , insulation class H IP -23, self ventilated and conforming to BS: 5000 / IS: 4722 suitable for engine as mentioned here-in before. (C) Acoustic Enclosure:- M & L for acoustic enclosure for the above 40 KVA DG set to reduce noise level to 75 dB measured at 1.0 meter distance for audible frequencies as per guide of Central Pollution Control Board and manufacturer's specification and comprising of following from authorised GOEMs of Gen Set manufacturer's specified :- (i) Sound insulation : 100mm thick Rock wool (Density 64 Kg/Cum). (ii) Outer body : 1.6mm thick CRCA (iii) Door : 1.6mm thick CRCA (iv) Base frame : ISMC 300 (v) Inside illumination : 1 No.- 1 x 18 watt FTL fitting of make Phillips/ Bajaj/ Crompton.

(D) AMF Control panel:- Factory fabricated cubicle type, free standing, floor mounted, indoor type, IP-52, AMF control panel, provided with removable rear panels & hinged front panel for easy accessibility, fabricated out of not less than 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet including two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc and comprising of following:

(i) AMF control circuit with 4 pole MCCB 63 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu-35 KA at 415 volts and microprocessor release conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I with breaking capacity Ics=Icu at 415 volts of 16 KA, thermal overload setting 70% to 100%, short circuit setting 5 to 10 times-02 Nos. for main supply & DG set supply with HRC back up fuse complete with all DC control relays/ Line voltage monitor (LVM) as per OEM specifications incorporating motorised stored energy operating Engine start, stop, three attempt starting facility and failure to start etc. (ii) Digital load manager : Three phase 4 wire indicating V,I,PF, KVA, KW, F of Enercon make with serial communication port model No.EM6400 with class 1.0 accuracy meter or equivalent make suitable rating of CT per phase- one No. (iii) Indication lamp R, Y, B with 3 Nos. of 2A HRC fuses-10 sets. (iv) Bottom gland plate for incoming and outgoing cables. (v) Circuit diagram plate.

(E) Civil works:- All civil works related to foundation, installation of panel and equipment & depth of foundation recommended by manufacturers. Note:-The fuel for final testing of 12 hours shall be supplied by the contractor and cost deemed to be included in the above offer. All other necessary equipments like resistance load strip heater of suitable capacity/rating and any other items required for final testing shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department.

NOTES: (a) Rates quoted for above item of work by the contractor shall be both for material and labour complete unless mentioned. (b) the comprehensive maintenance shall be period of 36 months wef satisfactory completion of 2 years of defect liability period for the complete equipments installed of the STP. (c) The contractor shall be responsible for the periodical maintenance as sprecified including renewal/ replacement of parts, fittings, fixtures etc required for smooth functioning of the plant as per manufacturer's instructions (d) All chemicals such as Poly electrolyte, calcium hypochlorite etc required for smooyh functioning of STP shall be included in quoted rate. (e) Cleaning of oil and grease chamber, screening bar and centifuse filter press and removal of cake shall be carried out by one sweeper employed a week. (f) Material and labour in collection of dried sludge cake in a month and disposed of safely in suitable place not more than 5KM from STP CRGA TRV, Chicolna, Goa. (g) rates also included M & L for painting of MBBR, tube shelter, duel media filter, activated corbon filter, filter feed tank by epoxy enamel paint over a coat of red oxide once in a year

MANNING & OPERATION:- Manning and Operation (for Two shifts per day including Sunday & holiday, from 0600Hrs to 1400 Hrs and 1400Hrs to 2000Hrs) by employing with One skilled operator per Shift and maintaining desired level of Chemicals by dosing of required quantity of chemicals provided in system including tracing out and rectification of minor leakages in pipe line/ valves in entire work for all days in week for Sewage Treatment Plant installed of capacity 400KLD complete for a period of 24 months from the date of completion of installation, testing & commissioning work of STP plant with all instruments and controls complete all as directed

(a) Maintenance of log sheet and all maintenance records shall be responsibility of the contractor and no stationary shall be provided by the Department. Format of log sheet and records etc shall be decided by GE/ Engineer -in-charge (b) DHPP shall be issued by the department under Sch 'B' as free filling of DG set. The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of the transportation and filling of FOL issued by the department to the respective installations. Prior intimation three days in advance regarding requirement of FOL for DG set shall be given by the contractor. (c) The quoted rate includeds any type of conveyance for the Trademan/ Helper and the Sch 'B' items. The contractor is responsible for proper observation and intimationabout the servicability of battery and battery charger, oil and fuel level in DG set. It is responsibility of the contractor to rectify and make good the damage to the installations/ accessories if any caused by the operator during his duty. (d) The contractor is responsible to maintain the installations and surrounding area in presentable manner through out the period. The shift timings shall be decided by Engineer- in- charge and liable to change as and when required by Engineer- in- charge. (e) Area cleaning surrounding the plant room & inside the plant room etc shall be responsibility of the contractor (f) The work covered under this schedule shall be order on the contractor by GE every year through seperate work orders at the rate quoted by the contractor till completion of Five years of comprehensive maintenance

Collecting the waster/ effluent sample monthly from STP before and after treatment, sample handling, transporting to NABL accredited lab approved by authorities, carry out analysis of the following latest ISI method (i) BOD (Bio - Chemical oxygen Demand) (ii) COD (Chemical oxygen demand (iii) TSS ( Total suspended solids) (iv) Total disolved solids (v) Turbidity) (vi) PH

Supply and fix centrifugally cast (Spun) DI pipes class K-7, 150mm dia of standard length spigot and socketed end conforming to IS rubber gasket as jointing material, internal cement mortar coating and external surface with bituminous paint, ISI marked all as specified and directed.

M & L for, Ductile iton fittings conforming to IS 8329/2000 such as bnds (any type, redius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, band increase, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces class K-12, caps and plugs all as specified and directed.

Refixing of water flow meter showing discharge of water (Cum) of size 150mm dia including dismantling & taking down all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix SFRC (Steel fibre reinforced concrete) manual covers including frame set in cement morter (1:4) of grey colour size of opening 600x600mm square shape all as specified and directed.
