Cleaning /desilting of bed of the drains constructed in any masonry thickness not exc 40cm including removal of vegetation, growth or bushes or bushes or small vegetation and getting out and removing the roots including disposing off excavated silt, soil vegetation, shurbs etc., to a distance not exc 100m where directed and deposited to a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for old size brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean redius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for old size brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for three coats white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) for edging /coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 100mm thick as in paving /hardstanding with broom finish surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for drain set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 75mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface dressing for soft /loose soil not exc 15 cm deep and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand filling as a cushioning/ bedding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cms thickness (below or above ground level) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for walling random rubble, brought upto courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.18 here-in-before but except stone.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for racking out joints to squared rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for flush pointing to square rubble mansonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for chequred cement concrete tiles 300x300x20-22mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
