Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of Split type Air conditioner / Window type unit of any capacity outer and inner unit both of any make including cleaning the dust from body with blower, cleaning of condenser and cooling coil, checking all connectins including functioning of metal clad socket/DP switch, function of relay, capacitors, overload protector, thermostat, fan motor, fan motor blade/blower drum, main control board PCB, electronic control box, etc, oiling/greasing of fan motor, checking serviceablility, cleaning of the air filter woolen felt & refixing ensuring for air tighting complete, repair and replacement of worn out/unserviceable spares including taking down and refixing, transportation to and from workshop if required and refixing it in its original place after fully servicing including testing and cleaning of area which is made dirty during cleaning & commissioning all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Spare parts replaced shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ. (ii) Supply and charging of Nitrogen /Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Note: Additonal copper tubing and gas charging as required to make existing AC serviceable at new location shall be measured and paid separately. All other items are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply only copper tubing 5/8" for 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR split AC with proper insulation of suitable size and taking out old one as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only copper tubing 1/4" for 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR split AC with proper insulation of suitable size and taking out old one as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of unserviceable copper/GI/Aluminium earthing strip any size complete all as directed.

S&F Aluminium strip of size 25mmx3mm thick for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or roof for lightening arrestor or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing/down strip from from bldgs etc, using porcelain clit/post insulators with screw/GI drill bit screw with clamp of required size at specified distance, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The cost of T & P and minor spares reqd for fixing the above conducor is included in the quoted rate.

S&F Earthing test point terminal block made up of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75mmx75mmx25mm thick drilled and screwed including 3Nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head screws including MS box 2 mm thick of suitable size for protection of test point terminal, including dismantling of old unserviceable test point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Air termination, single pointed Aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with complete acessories fixed on aluminuim strip for earth conductivity to ground as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for 40 mm bore Galvanised iron tubing, medium grade, IS-1239 marked including ISI marked fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/ walls or fixed to pcc block for fixing air termination rod with suitable size flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers (for fixing Air termination rods) NOTE :- Clamps, nuts & bolts shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for 40mm bore galvanised iron pipe, light grade including all fittings and fixed to wall/poles/floors, laid in trenches including taking down old GI pipe, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid separately under relevent item.

Disconnecting/Taking down old unserviceable Earthing pit of any type with accessories including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and commissioning of advance maintenance free system based earthing comprising of following accessories (a) Set of 04 Nos 3000 mm long, 17.0 mm dia earth electrode made of 99.99% copper circular rods with connect copper strip and electrode with the help of copper brazzing of incoming copper strips of size 25 x 3 mm of length as per site requirement upto Bus bar as decided by Engr - in-Charge and distance between each copper earth electrode is minimum 3 Meter . (b) Copper bus bar of size (300 x 25 x 6)mm act as test point connect with copper nuts and bolts with post insulator.(Nuts/bolts as required is included in the cost). (c) Poly propylene earth pit cover of size 300 x 300 mm (with safe working load 2000 Kg) - 04 Nos (d) Copper bus bar of size (250 x 50 x 6)mm exothermically welded with main earth electrode (e) Each pit filled with earth enhancement compound /chemical (Magnesium sulphate) only (min 75 Kgs/pit) all as specified.

(f) Required result of earthing less than 01 Ohm . If desired Ohmic value is not achieved then additional set of 1 No of 3000 mm long, 17.0 mm dia earth electrode made out of 99.9% copper rod with allied items, 01 x Pit cover, 01 x Sub bar as (d) above 75 Kg of chemical shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt. No price adjustment shall be made, if additional set is not required complete all as directed of Engr- in-charge (g) Necessary excavation work in any type of soil/strata, returning filling and removal of soil is included in the aquoted rates. (h) Site inspection for complete Earthing work is mandotry for the Contractor befour quoting the tender. No explanation/doubts will be entertained later. (j) Any damage done to govt property during the execution of work will be make good by the contractor at his own cost.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm thick, by means of GI Welding made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed including earthing pit of size 450x450x300mm (outer size) wall thickness 100mm made in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and pre-cast reinforced cover slab of size 450mm x 450mm x 80mm thick made with MS XPM Jalli, RCC (1:1.5:3), with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' for watering funnels, wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work of size 300x900mm, depth 2.50mtr and testing complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR SL NO 11 : (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with cement base paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per IS colour code (ii) If the desired earth resistance is not achived during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out again by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissable. (iii) Length of earth strip/electrode, if more than 7.5mtr shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule (iv) Resistance value should be less than 5 ohm. (v) Necessary excavation work in any type of soil/strata, returning filling and removal of soil is included in the aquoted rates. (iv) Site inspection for lightining conductor work is mandotry for the Contractor befour quoting the tender. No explanation/doubts will be entertained later. (vii) Any damage done to govt property during the execution of work will be make good by the contractor at his own cost. (viii) The work of lightining conductor is to be done in Roofs of the bldgs in Insp org area.

Material and labour for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 20x3mm thick, by means of copper brazzing made out of copper steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed including earthing pit of size 450x450x300mm (outer size) wall thickness 100mm made in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and pre-cast reinforced cover slab of size 450mm x 450mm x 80mm thick made with MS XPM Jalli, RCC (1:1.5:3), with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' for watering funnels, wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work of size 300x900mm, depth 2.50mtr and testing complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. (ii) If the desired earth registance is not achive during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissable. (v) Copper plate shall be 99.99% copper.

M & L for fixing Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers etc including welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed plate kerbs including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep including removing the materials to a distance not-exc 60 mtr including cutting vegetation complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Item shall be executed twice in each installation and quantity is given for two operation. However unit rate to be quoted by the tendered for single operation only.

S&F PCC M-10 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggrigate for earthing pit of outer size 450x450x300mm, wall thickness 10mm and RCC coverin M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm grade stone aggregate , reinforced with 8mm dia bar both way @150mm c/c of size 450x450x80mm including GI funnel and necessary earth work including taking down old earth pit cover of conventional earthing complete all as directed.
