Providing and laying Well Gravel to the specified thick including cost and conveyance of Well gravel from approved quarry and stocking the same at road side to Departmental guage for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Officers including labour charges for spreading in layers not exceeding 75 mm thick (or) as specified by the departmental officers, levelling, sectioning etc., and all other charges for tools and plants employed for the work and all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete as per standard specification. as per clause 301 & 305 of MORTH

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying inuniform layers with paver sin Sub Base/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat Type "A" to 20mm compacted thick using 0.18 cum of 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal and 0.09 cum of 11.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 14.60Kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen (21.96 kg 60/70 Grade Bulk Bitumen and 2.44 kg of Shreaded Plastic waste) per 10 Sqm for Premix Carpet and 0.09 cum of 6.70mm IRC size HBG metal with 9.80kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30 tonn capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 20mm with Mechanical Paver to the specified grades & cross sections and consolidated by rolling by Vibrator roller for Premix Carpet and Seal coat separately to the required density etc.., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30ton CMP with bitumen boiler, paver finisher, tippers and Vibrator rollers and all other tolls and plants employed etc., complete Complying with Standard Specification using CMP as per Clause 509 & 513 of MORTH Specification.
