Geo physical survey charges

Drilling of 150mm (6") dia vertical clear bores in hard rode in any habitation to required depth on directed by the offices concred including labour charges for insuting PVC casing pipes as per standard specification.

Supply and delivery of wet type 20LPMx125m Headx2.00 HP mm submersible pumpset with motor and confirming to IS 8034/89 and IS 9283/79 with ISI marking

Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction.

Single phase panel board (2.0 HP) with D.O.L as per standard specification. The pump set should be supplied with 5M flat submersible copper cable.

Supply and delivery of 4.00 sq mm Water Proof cable.

Supply and delivery of following pipe pipe line materials(with ISI mark) etc complete.

Labour charge for the erection of submersible pump set in bore well including fixing and joint submersible cable with proper clamps upto stater to require depth and also fixing of raiser pipes to the required depth valve erection clamp pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot(indicating) lamps capacitor single phase preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cable and twin earthing as per IS rules etc complete.

Supply and Run of 2x4 sq.mm(84/0.3) PVC insulated Sc unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia G.I pipe (Bclass) suitable bend at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports for mains.

Supply and Run of 2x4 sq.mm(84/0.3) PVC insulated Sc unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V on 7/20 Gibearer wire for service connection mains.

Earth work excavating and deposting on bank with initial lead of 10m& intial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth shales ,murram, gravel, stoney earth mixed with small size boulders etc completed as per std specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Brick work in cement motor 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand) using 2nd class country brick of size 9"x41/2"x3" including curing finishing and cost and conveyance of materials and labour charge etc complete as per std specification.

Plastering Cemend mortor 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyanace of materials and labour charge etc completed as per std specification.

Cement paint two coats of approved colour and quality including preparation of plastering wall surface , finishing neatly and all other labour ,materials cost etc complete as per std specification.

Supply and Fixing of Weld mess with 'L' Angle frame for Covering Open Well including all labour charges etc complete

Earthwork excavation and depositing on banks with as initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth, earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil to a depth of 1.10m and 0.80m width as per SS 20 B-for pipeline and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying and conveying of 90mm dia in size of PVC pipes to site confirming to specifications as per IS 8329:2000 for standard length including cost of pipe, testing charges at factory, labour charges for loading, unloading and stacking at site and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer. 4kg

Lowering of 90mm dia PVC pipes and specials in the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the officers.

Refilling the pipeline trenches with excavated earth for 90mm dia DI Pipe complying with standard specifications.
