Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

RR masonry with best quality locally available stone,(Baklohi stone) uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in CM 1:6 incl providing weep holes complete all as specified.

All as per item No 2 above but except stones

M&L PCC(1:4:8) Type D-2 (40 mm graded stone agg.) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stones, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping necessary form work complete all as specified

Hand packing (any thickness) of broken stone boulders at back of wall over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the requiered level

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of beds & joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm on granite or trap stone complete all as specified

M&L Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4

PVC pipe 75mm dia low density of pressure rating 10Kg/Sqcm (in short lengths) fixed in walls as weep holes as in retaining wall complete all as specified

M & L rendering 20mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.
