Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:2:4 (1 cement:2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings , bases for columns.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc .complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand , filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete

Disposal of debries / surplus excavated earth including loading, unloading and conveyance to low lying areas with in 2km lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Fabrication, supply and fixing of informatory board of size 1.2 m X 0.6 m of diamond graded reflective sheeting encapsulated on aluminium sheets of not less than 2 mm thick suitably supported and framed by M.S angles of size 40 mm X 40 mm X 6mm. The informatory lettering and the symbols will be provided by high height of 3.6 m and extended and supported to the extreme width of the board on the rear side. This board frames and post pipes will be painted by Zinc chromate primer and white colour enamel paint and embedded in ground pit of size 0.6m X 0.6 m X 0.6 m with PCC 1:2:4.
