Attending complaints of no supply in light or power circuit due to burning/disconnecting of any wire i.e neutral phase or tripping of MCB or unserviceability of any item such as switch socket MCB etc, rectification of fault including any petty repair required to restore the electric supply for checking of existing electrical items for contineous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs such as changing of fuse, small pieces of wires etc. carrying out repairs such as tightening of loosen electric connections, nuts, bolts screws or switches, sockets, switch board, ceiling fans/exhaust fans etc. required to make the item functional during 0900 hours to 1800 hours by deploying electrician alongwith helper including necessary T&P complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Replacement of electrical fitting/fixtures for supply & fixing shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (b) Repairs/faults in any one quarter/ one occupancy shall be considered as one complaint (one measuring unit) even if repair is involved in more than one light point or fitting, however supply & fixing of fitting/ fixtures replaced shall be measured & paid separetely. (c) Number of complaint may varry day to day contractor shall quote their rates accordingly. (d) In case of failure on the part of contractor for attending complaint as penalty shall be imposed and recovered in Rs. 200/- Each complaint as specified. (e) Contractor shall ensure that the deployed electrician & helper with carry functional and live mobile phone connection while on duty and will be on contact with JE incharge/ Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Contractor shall be responsible for collection of all ON line complaints and hand over the same JE E/M and to date the states ON line after attending /complete of the Job.

(d) Replace washers and glands of all taps and ball valves to ensure water tightness. (e) Inspect overflow/ vent pipes and remove blockage obstruction if any. (f) Check and correct earth continuity of electrical items. (g) Check maintain and refitting the thermostat and test its functioning. (h) Checking and adjustment of pressure reducing valves. (j) Checking of dead weight type high pressure release valves (PRV) by removing dead weight protection , cleaning the seat and ensuring that the vest hole is not blocked/ choked. (k) Visual examination of fusible plug to ensure its intactness. (l) Descaling of immersion type heating element and cleaning with diluted hydrochloric acid or clear pedette. (m) Replacement/ Repair of neon lamp/ indicator lamp. (n) Testing of Geyser after repairs.
