S & F Anodised Aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, fixed partitions etc., with one or more rebates with powder coating of minimum 50 micron thick including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specified.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or steel screws all as specified.

Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction Engineerin- charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete 75 mm thick, type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinthprotection/ path etc finished surface even and smooth witout using extra cement all specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor/paving n.exc 15 cm below or above ground level all as specified.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L coloured Non Skid joint free ceramic colored tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking key, scrubbing down with water etc all specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps in 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 all specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings,laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc all specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase all as specified.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm all as specified

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick of size as approved by GE set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with gray cement and pigment over 20 mm thick screed bed in 1:6 complete all as specified
