M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Taking down shutter of any description not exc 1 Sqm each all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 100 mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs 100 mm long extruded aluminium alloy handle fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS butt hinges, 75mm medium weight and fixed all as directed.

Supply and fix MS butt hinges, 50mm medium weight and fixed all as directed.

Complete Removal of existing treatment on walls including removing dirt, nails, making good holes cracks etc brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soots etc and applying Two or more coats of Premium acrylic emulsion including Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth   complete all as specified and directed.
