SWEEPING AND MAINTAINING INCLUDING REMOVAL OF GARBAGES FOR THE AREAS OF ROADS, YARDS, STAIRCASES AND TERRACE OF ALL BUILDINGS OF SRI SRINIVASA RAMANUJAM QUARTERS, CISF QTRS, TRUST VILLA QTRS AND OTHER BUILDINGS LOCATED IN RAJAJI SALAI FOR TWO YEARS

1. Sweeping and maintaining the common areas in and around the Ramanujam quarters, Trust villa quarters, CISF constable Qtrs and the buildings located in Rajaji salai and the common areas incluidng collection of garbage in EE ( C) BM - II Division at daily and maintaining in neat and tidy condition and keeping them free from dust, dry leaves, waste papers, garbages and other materials etc., including collecting and depositing the swept materials in the near by dustbins or at the designated areas as directed including clearing the water stagnation on the roads during the rainy seasons etc., all as directed at site including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, uniform etc., complete. Note : 1. Supplyig Labour (Unskilled) should be engaged MInimum 6 nos as per Minimum Wages act on all days including sundays and holidays. 2. Tools and equipments for the work is paid separately. 3. Non posting of labours will be deducted at the rate as specified in tender conditions. 4. The Tenderer should quote the rate in Execess(+) percentage only. If quoted Less(-) percentage the tenderer will be disqualified.
