Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per dirction of Engineer-in-charge as per HSR item no. 5.7.4

Providing and laying damp-proof course of 50mm thick with cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) as perH.S.R item No. 6.8.1

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351,manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 2.0 mm thickness,including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold ofmild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 2.00 mm, pressed mildsteel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S.pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate andshock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primerafter pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge HSR item no. 13.3.1.1

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately} Second class teak wood 30 mm thick shutters HSR 12.7.1.2

Providing and fixing ISi marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete 300x16 mm HSR 12.65.1

Providing and fixing ISi marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete 250x10 mm HSR 12.66.1

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)HSR Item No 7.22.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies as per HSR Item No. 6.30.3

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, cum roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1: 1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). as per HSR item No. 6.16

cold twisted deformed Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in thecomplete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending,placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints,spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc.complete in all respect above plinth level as per HSR item No 6.34.3

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neatTile Traccing of roof HSR 9.14.1

10mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 as per HSR 11.5.3

Wiring for Light/Fan/call bell point with modular type switch/socket and GI box, Modular type face plate etc in 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable in 1.6 mm thick MS conduit pipe. Group A HSR 23.2.1.1

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete,including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required W.C. pan with ISi marked white solid plastic seat and lid HSR item No. 22.23.1

Providing and fixing PTMT towel rail complete with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws with concealed fittings arrangement of approved quality and colour 450 mm long towel rail with total length of 495 mm, 78 mm wide and effective height of 88 mm, weighing not less than 170 gms HSR 22.119.1

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality 15 mm nominal bore HSR 22.97.1

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality 15 mm nominal bore HSR 22.96.1

Providing and laying of base course of floors consisting of 100 mm thick sqm cement 1 :8: 16 and 100 mm sand or stone filling as per HSR Item No.10.1

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. as per HSR item no. 10.57

Applying pink primer or aluminium primery coat on wood work including prepration of surface knottingets as per HSR 11.77

Painting two coats with ready mixed paints in all shades on new wood work to given an even shade HSR item no. 11.78

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer HSR item no.11.64.1
