Providing and fixing CI Sluice Valve 100 mm dia 10.2 kg/cm2 Kartar make i/c MS Flange of Table as per IS 6392-1971 of WT of 44.30 kg & Welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces and i/c carriages in all respects within all leads & lifts.

Providing, Laying, Testing & Jointing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984, PE-80 and jointing the pipes through push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines upto 110 mm diameter and butt fusion (heat fusion process) above 110 mm diameter i/c necessary fittings,bends,tees & reducers fabricated in accordance with IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provded as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required confirming to code IS 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & Bolts.Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c at site upto entire satisfaction of engineer-n charge.

Providing & Making Gabion Structure with Mechanically Wooven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire Mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS:16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500,of required size,Mesh Type 10x12(D=100MM with tolerance of 2%) Zinc=PVC coated,Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm,mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist,tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm (ID OD),supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes,filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm,as per drawing,all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Item Code HPPWDSR 2020 Chapter 16.94)

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufactures specifications including appropriate priming coat, prepration of surface, etc. complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
