The job includes shifting of column pipes to workshop, Cutting of rusted worn out flanges from column pipes and providing / fitting of new flanges in place of old .The flanges should have a cut/slot for sub. Cable. Shifting of flanged column pipes to Tubewell. P/F of 150mm dia delivery pipe along with 150 MM dia sluice and non return valve. Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of submersible pump set(KSB or equivalent make) at Tube-well Swankha having capacity 8,000 GPH 40-60m head coupled with 3 phase submersible motor of suitable capacity along with existing 150mm dia fabricated flanged column pipes, and other allied materials/ equipments required during lowering of submersible pump set along with 10 sq. mm sub cable. and testing on full load at site. The job also includes cost of transport, material &labour charges. Complete job

Reconditioning of 63 KVA Electric transformer installed at tube-well Swankha by way of rewinding of all HV/LV Coils with superior quality wire, insulating material. P/F of all HV/LV bush rods along with bush nut and washers P/F of all sundry items required as per job requirement. Cleaning of tank of transformer to remove all dust All dust & settled particles. Repair the tank wherever required and checking for leakage if any. Filling of T-oil in the transformer upto the required level. Assembling all the parts by P/F of new nuts, bolts and washers can connecting it with power supply for testing it on full load at site. Complete job.

The job also includes providing and fitting of 01 no. LT fuse set at RCC pole of electric transformer as per specification with P/F of 3.5mm sq 3.5 core 30mtr AL cable from transformer to main switch to voltage stabilizer to control panel with proper thimbling. The job also includes cost of transport, material &labour charges. (complete job)
