Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.as per drawing and technical speficiations Clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203 (Excluding cost of GST but including cost of Cess)

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A)By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (Excluding cost of GST but including cost of Cess)

Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.(M-30 Grade) (Excluding cost of GST but including cost of Cess)

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (Excluding cost of GST but including cost of Cess)

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1209 (Excluding cost of GST but including cost of Cess)

Providing and laying of compression seal joint consisting of steel armoured nosing at two edges of the joint gap suitably anchored to the deck concrete and a preformed chloroprene elastomer or closed cell foam joint sealer compressed and fixed into the joint gap with special adhesive binder to cater for a horizontal movement upto 40 mm and vertical movement of 3 mm. as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 2600 (Excluding cost of GST but including cost of Cess)

Flexible Apron :Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification. (Excluding cost of GST but including cost of Cess)

Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification (Excluding cost of GST but including cost of Cess)

Providing & Laying brick soling on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines,graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth,spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling,watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kN as per Technical Specification Clause 412 (Excluding cost of GST but including cost of Cess)

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table No. 300-2 (Carted up to 2km) (Excluding cost of GST but including cost of Cess)

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Brick edging on both side of the road of 1st Class brick 8 cm. (3") wide and 12 cm. (41/2") deep laid with mud mortar all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth including (Excluding cost of GST but including cost of Cess)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mannual means.(Including Cess, Emulsion & Excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom.(Including Cess, Bitumen & Excluding GST)

Providing laying & rolling of 20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.
