SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD IN THE TRACK BETWEEN THE SENTRY POST NO 01 TO 07 AT RESTRICTED AREA UNDER GE (SOUTH WEST) NEW DELHI-03

M&L for scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm deep and area exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, depth n. exc 50mm deep and area n. exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for WBM 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) with Granite, trap or basalt stone of grading 2 (63mm to 45mm size) or grading (50 to 20mm size) spread rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 ton power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Laying and compacting 75mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing unsurface WBM/WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, Unsurfaced Water bound macadam, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm, using bituminous primer VG-10, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam with paving bitumen VG-30 not less than @ 4 % by weight laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm or less) as filling of pot holes and patch repair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness , using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix spread by means of self propelled mechanical spread/paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using tandem vibratory steel wheel static steel wheel and pneumatic tyre rollers min capacity 12 ton, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing as in berms etc n.exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete, all as as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1.5mm thick centre line, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the lines n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed
