PART-B

Manufacture and Supply of P.W. fittings to departmental stockyard, including loading, unloading and stacking as per direction of EIC. (i) Elastic Rail Clip as per RDSO Drg.No.T-3701.

Manufacture and Supply of P.W. fittings to departmental stockyard, including loading, unloading and stacking as per direction of EIC (ii) Elastic Rail Clip “J-type” as per RDSO Dgr.No.T-4158.

Manufacture and Supply of P.W. fittings to departmental stockyard, including loading, unloading and stacking as per direction of EIC. (iii) Grooved Rubber sole plate 6 mm thick as per RDSO Drg. No.T-3703.

Manufacture and Supply of P.W. fittings to departmental stockyard, including loading, unloading and stacking as per direction of EIC. (iv) GFN Liners as per RDSO Drg. No.T-3702.

Manufacture and Supply of P.W. fittings to departmental stockyard, including loading, unloading and stacking as per direction of EIC. (v) Combination GFN liners as per RDSO Drg. No.T-3707&3708.

Manufacture and Supply of P.W. fittings to departmental stockyard, including loading, unloading and stacking as per direction of EIC. (vi) Fish Nuts & Bolts (25 mmX130 mm), as per rly. specification.

(vii) Fabrication and manufacturing of glued insulated joint as per RDSO Dgr. No. T-671 (G-3L Type) in situ. The rate includes cutting of Rail in vertical and truly squre, drilling of holes in web required for making the Glued Joint including supply of necessary materials like 1.0 mtrs fish plate for 60/52 Kg Rail, HT Bolts & Nuts, Fiber/ Nylone fitting and other required insulated materials and epoxy compound etc. conforming to IRS specification. 60/52 Kg rail of required length will be supplied by DPL free of cost.
