Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premisses.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl aii quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base.

M&L 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pavings, hardstandings and similar work .

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joint 65 mm deep and 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A, for 100 mm thick concrete slab.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations incl watering and consolidation

M&LMachine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fly ash brickwork with modular flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (including as in patches also) all as specified and directed.

M/L Preparation of new plastered surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on walls. Note:- Synthetic enamal paint has been considerd Zebra type on sides of path as road safty precaution.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L Paving vitrified parking tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 8-9 mm thick (heavy duty), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in foot path with white cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including necessary formwork all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm innder grith in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed.

Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L Providing reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab, shelves, duct cover and similar work including necessary formwork, set in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as directed.

High strength steel deformed TMT bars (Fe 500D) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE)

Cleaning of Sweage line of any dia of bore of pipe by rodding or split bamboo etc including flushing with water complete all as directed.

Cleaning of blockage of wash hand basin, kitchen, bathrrom floor trap etc by mechanical means complete all as directed.

Cleaning of blockage of gutter and water closet by mechanical means complete all as directed.

Taking out deposited sludge from manholes, septic tanks etc any depth from top of manhole, septic tanks etc by mechanical means and pumping out sewage water including cutting of bushes and removing of suldge from bottom of manhole, septic tanks etc and removing to a distance 50m and covering of the deposited suldge with excavated earth including spreading of bleaching powder @ 1.00 Kg/Sqm (for disinfection purpose) over depositedb sludge before earth spreading including sweeping cleaning with water complete all as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from water tanks exc 250 and n exc 500 liters capacity and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from water tanks exc 500 and n exc 1000 liters capacity and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point for soils
