Providing and fixing of wooden panelling/ lining of 12mm (net thickness) made from export wood duly polished having decorative colors or designs including providing and fixing of grounds (50x25mm or as specified) of first class budloo wood or 12 mm water proof ply wood as directed by EIC for wall lining/ panelling including cost of screws, wooden plugs including MELAMINE polishing/painting/touchwood etc complete job as per directions and satisfactions of EIC

LAMINATED WOODEN FLOORING Providing and fixing 10 mm thick grade IV laminated floor with HDF base and laminate of approved shade as per manufacturer's catalogue including the cost of PVC sheet, Foam subfloor 2 mm thick and cost of perimeter runner strip and door profile.(Pergo/Armstrong) The cost to include all materials, labour, lead, lift, wastages, required finishing, etc. complete, as per the instructions and as per directions of EIC

ACCOUSTIC GRID CEILING Providing and fixing Mineral Fibre Board moduler Ceiling manufactuered by USG / Armstrong / Saint Gobain India Ltd or equivalent make as approved by Architect in Tegular edge Mineral textured tiles with approved surface pattern of size 600mm X 600mm x 15 mm having Noise reduction Co-efficient 0.6 light reflection over 75%, Relative Humidity 95%, Suspension system of Silhouette reveal profile grid system with 15mm wide flanges incorporating a 3 or 6 mm central recess of colour all white or all black or white with black as directed, Silhouette main runners and cross tees to have mitred ends and "birdsmouth" notches to provide mitred cruciform junction, fixed to the structural soffit by Butterfly clip hangers, suspension wires & anchor fasteners as per the manufacturer's specification, Suspension wires to be provided at every 600mmm c/c with two nos of ties on each anchor fastener, Perimeter trim of Trulok wall angle in white colour secured to wall at 450mm maximum centres. The rate quoted shall include making cut outs for fixing light fittings, grills, diffusers, speakers, smoke detectors, sprinklers etc.Cut outs have to be made with provision of the frame along perimeter of the cut outs/ opening with channels/ ply to support the ceiling adequately. No extra payment shall be made for making cut outs.

GYPSUM FALSE CEILING: - Providing & fixing suspended false ceiling using 12.5mm thick Indian gypsum boards confirming to IS 2095-1982 and GI framework of Gyp steel or approved equivalent comprising of following. 1. GI perimeter channel of 0.55mm thick having one flange of 20mm, another of 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to brick wall partition along periphery of ceiling with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm c/c 2. GI intermediate channel ( size, 45mm web, two flanges each of 15mm & thickness 0.9mm ) suspended from the soffit / ceiling at 1200mm c/ c spacing. 3. GI ceiling sections of 0.55mm thick having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges each of 26mm with leaves of 10.5mm fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip at direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at spacing of 600 mm c/c, . GI suspender angle of 25mmx10mm and thk.0.55mm at spacing of 600mm c/c, fixed to the ceiling / soffit using GI cleat angle 25mm x 25mm, 0.55mm thk. Cleat angle to be fixed to the ceiling / soffit using 6mm dia anchor fastener. Gypsum board to Be finished with Jointing tape and Jointing compound including application of One coat primer as Per Gypsum board Manufacturer specification. The rate quoted shall include making cut outs for fixing light fittings, grills, diffusers, speakers, smoke detectors, sprinklers etc. Cut outs have to be made with provision of the frame along perimeter of the cut outs/ opening with channels/ ply to support the ceiling adequately. ACRYLC EMULSION PAINT Painting, two or more coats with Dulux paint of Spectrum / Nerolac or Equivalent make and approved shade on internal walls and ceilings as required to give an even shade including preparing the surface, applying primer coats, etc. complete all to the satisfaction of EIC.

Providing and applying wall care putty of avg. 2mm thickness to line level and plumb including surface preparation; required punning to be undertaken and completed in workman-like manner, to ensure desired finishing standards, as directed by EIC.

ROLLER BLINDS Providing and fixing polyester cascade Roller blinds of Vista or equivalent make including the cost of aluminium channels, control levers, guides etc. * All Roller Blind fabrics as per approved sample (polyester and polymercoated glass fibre. * Including Chain drive. * Sleek and compact Glide Chain Drive suitable for small to average size blinds with 45mm tube, to suit the blind size. * End Plug : Control/Idler End - UVS acetyl & nylon 6 * Bottomrail :round bottomrail in extruded aluminium. * Mounting Hardware : Constructed from press formed steel, pre treated and powder coated to standard colours , Glide Dual and Glide Linked option brackets. *Rollers, Side Channels, Reverse Roll, Headbox, Stainless Steel Chain etc. The cost to include all materials, labour, lead, lift, wastages, required finishing, etc. complete, as per the instructions and to the satisfaction of the EIC

PLAIN (NON PERFORATED) METAL FALSE CEILING 600X600mm Providing and fixing non - perforated (plain) metal tiled false ceiling of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint. * Panel Details : Panels shall be fabricated from 0.50 mm thick (TCT) Galvanised sheet and Powder Coated on external surface shall have flanges on all four side to rest on the exposed grid system to give 600 x 600 mm centre to centre of "T". Panels should be 10 mm Tegular below. " T " to give visible groove look and Panel surface shall be 575mm x 575mm for 24mm T. * Perforation Details: NO PERFORATIONS all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make armstrong/Hunter douglas, OWA. Including scaffolding, Level checking is to be done as per the satisfaction of EIC

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed digital wall tiles (300 x 450mm) conforming to IS: 1375 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like KAJARIA, in all colors, shades, except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer In Charge in skirting, riser of steps and dodos over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in Size of Tile non polished mat finished 600x600 mm WITH 3mm SPACERS(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting thejoints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete of Kajaria , Asian , Nitco or make including chipping of old flooring wherever necessary.

Providing and fabrication of Cupboards of 450cm deep. approved quality 19mm Ply board in sides, shelves and wherever required including 6mm ply wood on back and providing and fixing of 19mm Plywood shutters of approved quality, design and drawings including dulmica of approved quality and shade on outside of shutters and sides and including liner /mica inside on all shutters ,shelves and sides and cost of following aluminum fittings like handle , hinges and locks of Godrej/Link make. 15mm dia. geyser bolts with necessary brackets 4’-0” length and including all other necessary accessories complete in all respects. (For payments front face to be measured).

Providing and laying G.S.B. grade including compacting, watering and consolidation with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including all carriages of material complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1Cement: 3 fine sand: 6 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Removing / dismantling of old benches / angle iron complete in all respects including disposal of items complete job as per directions and satisfactions of EIC
