THE WORK OF ERECTION OF 11 KV HT/LT LINES, SINGLE/DOUBLE POLES, INCREASING CAPACITY OF 11 KV SUB-STATIONS, INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL TRANSFORMERS ETC. FOR SAFETY/AVOIDING OF DAMAGES OF TRANSFORMERS AND PROPERLY OPERATING OF ELECTRICITY SUPPLY IN VARIOUS PLACES/VILLAGES AND ALSO AVOIDING OF OVERLOADING & SUPPLY INTERRUPTIONS OF THAT AREAS UNDER BUSINESS PLAN YEAR 2019-20 AS PER PASSED VARIOUS WORKS PACKAGES UNDER EDD, BANDA, INCLUDING THE WORK OF SAFELY CARRIAGE OF ALL REQUIRED MATERIAL FROM ESC, BANDA OR FROM ANY OTHER PLACE TO CONCERNED WORK SITE AND ALSO CARRIAGE OF ALL DAMAGED/OLD/DISMANTALED MATERIAL FROM RESPECTIVE WORK SITE TO ESC, BANDA. INCLUDES IT'S LOADING, UNLOADING & DRAGGING AT THE RESPECTIVE ENDS, detail of the work as given below :-

Safely cartage of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles from ESC to work site

Safely cartage of line material from ESC to work site

Safely cartage of following Capacity Transformers complete from ESC to work site

Safely cartage of following Capacity Transformers complete from work site to ESC after safely dismantling/removal due to increasing capacity of 11 KV Sub-Stations.

Erection & grouting of single/double pole structure on following poles, including complete HT/LT fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement, including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Single Support Structure on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles

Double Pole Structure on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles

Fixing of T-Off Channel with fitting of all accessories as per norms.

Fixing of LT Distribution Box with all fittings as per norms.

Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozelling etc. as per RESSPO manual and also including the cost of all grouting material.

Earth of each support by earthing rod with complete fittings as per RESSPO schedule.

Laying, Sagging & Stringing of ACSR Weasel Conductor with proper binding of conductor with insulators, fittings & jumpering & jointing of conductor (where necessary) on the newly erected poles as laid down in RESSPO schedule.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination of PVC Cable size 4x35 mm2 on newly erected D/P as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Fixing of Guarding Angle and Guarding of line with fittings of all accessories as per norms.

Installation of following Capacity Transformer complete on the newly erected single/double pole structure/plinth in proper alignment and as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.
