Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density ( with all lead & lift. ) (A) By Manual Means:-Grading- III, (a) Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel

Providing and laying Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS:15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and as directed. (a) 80mm thick interlocking precast blocks having compressive strength of 40N/sq.mm.

Providing and laying M-40 grade cement concrete Edge block/ Edge restraints complete as per Technical specification clause 1504.

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces' Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces (i) For Bridge Railings and Kerb

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for one Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering , fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for one year.

Bridge Proper: Labour for dismantling all members of the timber bridge (excluding piles) with necessary scaffolding, jati bamboos, jumper ropes etc, complete and stacking them at suitable places as directed (all members will be under custody of the contractor till taken over by the department)

Pile load test on single vertical pile in accordance with IS:2911(Part-IV). a). Initial and Routine load test.

Levelling course for Pile cap: Providing and laying of PCC M15 levelling coutse 100mm thick below the pile cap.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC: 83 (Part-II) section IX and clause 2005 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Carrying out Sub Soil investigation (SSI) for all type of soil (except boring in rock) upto depthof 30 m or refusal (N=100) for each foundation location as per IRC 78-2014 and submission of SSI report to the Engineer in charge for approval . Preparation & submission of Design calculation & Drawings of foundation , sub structure,Super structure as relevant IRC Codes and SSI Report , 2( two) each of Design& Drawing of each bridge to be submitted for approval and 8 ( eight)copies after approval of competent authority. including providing and erecting informatory sign board as per norms of NABARD

SUBWAY: Construction of cold weather Bamboo bridge overall width of 3.70m and clear road way 3m with jungle wood post 20cm to 25cm dia 5nos.
