Job charges on account of replacement of damaged 6” dia cast steel check valves and sluice valves of unit no. 2, 3 and 4 at pumping station Salmay stage-1st (new) by way of opening of nut and bolts of flanges attached with check valve, remaining the check valve from delivery line of unit no. 2,3 and 4 with the help of manual labour. Job includes providing and fitting of new 6” dia cast steel check valve heavy duty conforming to ISI standard and fitting the same with the help of manual labour. Job includes cutting of line and welding of new flanges to adjust the valve, fitting of new nut bolts, rubber sheet etc. The complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, welding charges and to and fro site work. Testing of line after fitting the check valve.
