Supply & fix for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250)quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix rolled MS steel work in joist,channel,angle,or tee sections,fixed independently by welding, posts,braching and purlins etc including special shaped washers etc, complete using butt weld of grade Fe-410 W (Gde E 250 ) with one coat of zinc chromate primer paint for part of lamella clarifier incl removing old unsv etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning all dirts from old surface of any description ,over 10 cm in width for Pipe lines of different sizes complete all as required

S&F rolled MS steel work in joist,channel,angle,or tee sections,fixed independently by welding, posts,braching and purlins etc including special shaped washers etc., complete using but welded of grade Fe-410 W (Gde E 250 ) with one coat of zinc chromate primer paint for stairs, Aeration tower and perimeter Guard on sedimentation tank incl removing old unsv etc all as specified and directed.

Design, supply & construction of GRP( Glass reinforced Plastic) Panel Tank made up of panek having 30 % Glass content, 30 % isopthalic unsaturated polyster resin, 40 % Filler content , with minimum panel thickness of 5mm, 2 m tank height having bending strength more than 100 MPa, 304 grade stainless steel bolts, nuts, tie rod and ladder all as per IS 14399 Part 1 & 2: 1996 and of capacity 0.5 lac gallon complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes : - 1. Dimension of tank shall be approved by GE as recommended by OEM and as per site conditions. 2. Tank shall be designed by OEM and vetted by any IITs/NITs. 3.The cost of third party vetting i.e by any IIT(Indian institute of technology) /NIT(National institute of Technology) is included in quoted rate of this item. 4. Total 02 Nos of tank shall be constructed at Saraibari & 01 No at Mariani location.

Supply and fix Mild Steel Plate of size 1.25m x 1.25m of thickness 3.15mm including fixing arrangement for roof of PS Tank having on staging of 12 meter high by cutting, removing, rusted joints, nuts, bolts including cleaning and stacking and keeping removed part in safe custody for re-use of serviceable one and damaged plates to be removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild Steel Plate of size 1.25m x 1.25m of thickness 6mm including fixing arrangement for bottom of PS Tank having staging of 12 meter high by cutting, removing, rusted joints, nuts, bolts including cleaning and stacking and keeping removed items in safe custody for re-use of serviceable one and damaged plates to be remove from site complete all as specified and as directed.
