Providing Services for Daily Maintenance, Manning & Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant Installation (capacity- 1.50 MLD) Near MES IB/ Sainick Aram Garah including various electrical and mechanical equipments and attending minor fault of STP, maintenance of chlorine PPM, TDS testing of treated water all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . The trades men will be in possession of required working/ safety tools to operate the plant /DG set/ control panels. The person shall carrying out the maintenance of plant and keeping the installation neat and clean. All documents related to the equipments such as log sheet, record of MSEB power supply are to be maintained as per prescribed format approved by Engr- in-Charge and of treated water supply distributions system during supply Hrs by deploying minimum ONE OPERATOR Semi Skilled (FGM) and minimum ONE HELPER in each shift, daily in TWO SHIFTS PER DAY (Morning, Evening ) (8 Hour Per Shift) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The installation consist of the following:-

(a) Raw sewage pump 10 HP - 04 Nos. (b) Raw sewage equvation pump 10 HP - 02 Nos. (c) Centifugal Sludge pump 20 HP- 01No. (d) Feed pump 7.5 HP - 02 Nos. (e) Clari- focculator with 1.5 HP motor - 01 No (f) Air compressor 400 cum/hr with 15 HP motor - 03 Nos (g) Presuure filters with Pump set- 02 Nos (h) DG set 200 KVA - 01 No. (j) Treated water distibution Pump Set 7.5 HP - 02 Nos (k) Dosing Pump sets- 05 Nos. General Notes for item No 1 to 4 :- (a) The Operator i.e FGM employed shall have requisite qualification and they should produce the attested copy of the certificates to the Engineer-in-Charge/GE before commencement of work. (b) Day to day maintenance shall be carried out by the contractor. Materials such as grease, glands etc shall be supplied by the contractor. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor for the same. (c) Protective clothing as per IS and safety instructions are to be provided by the contractor and will be continuously in use of the Operator on duty. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor for the same.

Disconnection of electric connection taking out of Non clog submersible pump set of capacity 10 HP complete from raw water sump of STP and disconecting of motor opening of motor removing sludges, cleaning of slots including replacement of burnt copper winding with existiing size/ gauge, existing size of ball bearing drive end side, non drive end side and other spare parts such as oil seal, glands etc and after repairing, testing of Pump Set, lowering in existing position and reconnected the all electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of compressor /air blower of 400 cum/hr with 20 HP motor unit (Make:Everest Model: EB6HPM) along with replacement of recommended spares as per manufacturers instruction /kit and replacement of compressor oil, air filter, oil filter, etc and testing complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F for fan belt for compressor of size B-52, including removal of old unserveceable one complete all as specified and directed. Make: Fenner or equivalent make as approved by GE

S & F for Pressure gauge with pressure range 0- 04 Kg/sq cm including removal of old unserveceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Servicing of gear box of Clarifoccolater including removing and replacement of worn out small and big gear wheel of gear box with pully of same size and model complete all as specified and directed

Testing of treated water as per norms /standard Raw Sewage Characteristics from Govt approved laborateory complete all as directed by Enge-in-charge. Note: Contractor shall collect water sample from chlorine contact tank of STP once in a month for testing of treated water from Govt approved agency and report shall be submitted to Engr in charge

S & F for Moving bed bio reactor media as per existing moving bed bio reactor at Fab I & Fab II of CFP including taking out and disposal of existing media complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering the water /sludge from Water tank of 150 cum capacity at STP by any means and clean the interior portion of tank (bottom and side of tank) by means of coir/wire brush etc and wash the enterior portion by using bleaching powder removal of sludge, vegetation, muds etc., to a distance not exceeding 50 m and apply one coat of epoxy paint on all steel surface such as ladder railing etc., and writing letters with white paint (date of cleaning and cap of sump/reservior) on black painted surface with synthetic enemal paint. Clear away all vegitation, sapling undergrowth roots etc., and trees not exceeding 30 cm grith up to 5 m arround the periphery of the tank /structure from external wall surface amd removing rubbish not exceeding 50m all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Nylon rope made out nylon thread of dia 8-15 mm including removal of old unsv one complete all as specified.

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite granual having chlorine concentration level 60 to 70 % for water treatment which is a white to off white free flowing granular as traditional product in 45 Kg packing complete all as specified. Make : As per E-in-C's Branch approved manufacturer.

Supply only sodium hypochlorite solution of 6 % strength in sealed container all as specified all as directed. Make : As per E-in-C's Branch approved manufacturer.

Supply and fix PVC insulated sheathed multistranded copper conductor submerssible wire of size 10 core 1 Sq mm including removal of old unsv one complete all as specified.

Supply and fix PVC insulated sheathed multistranded copper conductor submerssible wire of size 3 core 6 Sq mm including removal of old unsv one complete all as specified.

Cutting unaxious green growth and grass by manual labour or by machine at all E/M water supply installation premisses and along the boundary fencing and removing rubbish from the site of work where didected not exceeding 100 mtr from the starting point. (The green growth shall be cleaned once in every three month and the measuremet shall be taken every time independently for executed quantity each time.

Supply and fix dosing mixture motor, single phase, 230 Volts, 50 Hz with Current consumption 0.4 amps, Power 120 watts, 4 pole induction non-synchronous 920 RPM approx under load Motor shaft dia 15 mm, length 50 mm Motor is flange mounted 4 No. of 7 mm dia holes at PCD 150 mm incliding removal of old unsv one complete all as specified. Make : As per E-in-C's Branch approved manufacturer.

Taking out and removing existing sand, gravel, accumulated mud etc. (Filter media) from the pressure filter ( installed at various swimming pools), including cleaning of filter thoroughly inside by using soda ash etc, removing/ disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Detergent shall be used SHO approved make.

Supply, filling, testing and regulating STP filter for proper filtering of water using Quartz Sand filter media, superior grade and quality and silica content should be not less than 90% using quartz sand in the existing filter for fresh gravel 12mm to 25mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out Activated Carbon from filter vessels with proper care and dump it out side the installation where directed by Engr-in-Charge and S&F Activated Carbon with same value of existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and sub base in floors including dismantling existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in path, finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement including dismantling existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : 1. Rerformance security:- Refer Condition 22 of Special Conditions 2. Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site.
