Operation and Maintenance of all internal, external E & M installations in existing Terminal building, office including conventional 4zone Fire alarm & detection system, 2nos. 125 KVA DG sets operation, National Flag High Mast, street lighting, water pumps and other area etc. , as per requirement, attending to complaints, faults, breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability & satisfactory working conditions of the system, doing preventive maintenance, maintaining records etc as per technical specification & special conditions of contract on all days i/c Sundays & holidays by deploying following minimum manpower on each day as required. (i) Highly Skilled -01 nos. + Reliever (ii) Skilled - 02 nos. + Reliever (iii) Un-skilled - 02 nos. + Reliever

Providing one (01) no. Multi tasking staff /computer operator (Skilled) having knowledge of M.S.office for carrying out day to day office jobs viz. Typing, maintening office records etc., as per direction and satisfaction of engineer -in-charge.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract of following type Cassette Type AC unit of 2.0 TR as per technical specifications of contract.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract of following type Split Type AC unit of 1.5 TR as per technical specifications of contract.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract of following type Water Cooler of capacity upto 120 ltrs. with 25 LPH RO as per technical specifications of contract.

Government Stamping, Calibration and Re-verification of Electronic weighing scales as per Govt. Norms.

Operation and Maintenance of New Terminal Building, substation i/c 2x625KVA DG sets,2x1250KVA transformers, AMF panel, Capacitor Bank Panel, Essential & Non-essential Panel GLF system i/c CCR, apron & taxiway edge lights, High Masts, street lighting, STP, WTP and other associated areas, doing preventive maintenance, maintaining records etc as per technical specification & special conditions of contract on all days i/c Sundays & holidays by deploying following minimum manpower in addition to the mapower deployed in Item 1 on each day as required after commissioning of NTB. (i) Skilled - 01nos. + Reliever (ii) Un-skilled - 01 nos. + Reliever (The manpower deployed in Item #1 & 7 shall be utilized in toto for maintaining E&M installation of Airport i.e. existing & new terminal building installations).

Rewinding of Fan Motor of Dessert Cooler etc as required.

Supply of 20W LED light Fixtures suitable for operation on 230 V single phase AC supply as and when required (as per Approved make & Technical Specifications)

Supply of 200mm, 1300 rpm (min.) Exhaust Fans (Plastic body) suitable for operation on 230 V single phase AC supply as and when required (as per Approved make)

Supply of 1200 mm Ceiling Fan (60 watt max. rated power) suitable for operation on 230 V single phase AC supply as and when required (as per Approved make)

Supply of S.P.10 amps, one way modular switch ISI marked, suitable for operation on 230 V single phase AC supply as and when required (as per Approved make).

Supply of S.P. 16/20 amps, one way modular switch, ISI marked, suitable for operation on 230 V single phase AC supply as and when required (as per Approved make).

Supply of 5 pin 6/10 amps modular socket outlet, ISI marked, suitable for operation on 230 V single phase AC supply as and when required (as per Approved make).

Supply of 6/16 amps modular socket outlet, ISI marked, suitable for operation on 230 V single phase AC supply as and when required (as per Approved make).

Supply of Single Module modular Fan step Regulator of 100 watt, suitable for operation on 230 V AC supply as and when required (as per Approved make).

Refilling of 4.5 kg capacity CO2 Type Fire Extuinguishers as per govt. Regulations and manufacturer recommendations etc. Complete as required.

Refilling of 6 kg capacity ABC Type Fire Extuinguishers as per govt. Regulations and manufacturer recommendations etc. Complete as required.

Providing one (01+ Reliever) no. Electrical Operator (Skilled) as and when required for carring out various maintenace work of Electrical & Mechanical installations as per direction and satisfaction of engineer -in-charge.

Providing one (01+ Reliever) no. Electrical Helper (Unskilled) as and when required for carring out various maintenace works of Electrical & Mechanical installations as per direction and satisfaction of engineer -in-charge.

To carry out the complete item of work of CPWD delhi schdule of rates (E&M) 2018 as per SCWD specification as required (Rs. 80,000/-). (NOTE: Rate of DSR items shall be calculated by deducting GST Component from schdule rate on account of GST and the quantity . RS. 80,000 is after deducting the GST component) (Refer clause of guidance to tenderers of tender document for quoting rate for this item.)
