Construction of Panchakarma Hall building in D.A.M.O at Rayagada for the year 2025-26

Ground Floor Earth work in foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m intial lead and lifts 1.5 M intial lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site including cost of all labour, T and P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T and P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and sand of approved quality and from approved quarry including laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T and P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using bricks of 23cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm, after immersing Bricks for six hours in waters before use with watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, all T and P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
