Taking down existing rolling shutter from existing opening of any description and material complete including making good to match the existing opening area/surfaces complete all as specififed and directed

S&F factory made 1.25mm thickness of lath steel rolling shutters, with ball bearing, as specified including side rails, 1mm thick top cover, anchoring rod (Min 40mm dia mild steel light grade shaft), hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated with push pull or manual type complete all as specififed and directed

S&F factory made 1.25mm thickness of lath steel rolling shutters, with ball bearing, as specified including side rails, 1mm thick top cover, anchoring rod (Min 40mm mild steel light grade shaft), hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated with gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle type complete in all respect as specified.

M&L for oiling and greasing to existing rolling shutter including gear box, crank, shaft, rolling shaft, guide rails, hood covers, tighening of nut and bolt to make in working condition including taking down for fixing parts in it complete in all respect as specified and directed. Note:- New items if required shall be measured and paid as "Supply only" under respective items.

Supply only helical rolling shutter spring of length 300mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply only helical rolling shutter spring of length 400mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply only helical rolling shutter spring of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply only ball bearing of rolling shutter for shaft pipe as per existing size on site complete all as specified and directed

Supply only complete set of gear operated type, bevel gear box and crank handle suitable for 8Sqm to 15Sqm size of shutter complete all as specified and directed

Supply only hollow pipe mild steel light grade of required dia and length, angle, flat, C Channel, I section, purpose made side guide rails etc. including necessary holes, cutting and welding in it complete all as specified and directed

Supply only 0.8mm thick mild steel black sheet for rolling shutter top cover of required size and shape including necessary holes, cutting and nut bolts complete in all respect as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width and girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width and girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement rendering/plastering of any thickness and of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., over wall or ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete, 75mm thick (1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed and graded stone aggregates) for sub-base of floors & pavings or similar work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 over walls surface of any description and material, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plats, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running, rails and guiedes) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including taking down of existing door/gate complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E 165) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping bed blocks, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed .
