Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of 600mm diameter in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³ in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc .,Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).

Pile load test on 600mm dia piles as specified in IS:2911 (Part 4).

Supply Conducting Pile integrity tests (PIT) on the piles under each cluster by using a 6 lbs nylon tipped hand held hammer, glueing sensitive accelerometer on top of the pile by petro wax or petroleum jelly after making the pile head smooth and even by disc grinder, providing stage wise and final report along with relevant conclusions etc., as directed by Client / Engineer-in-charge. as per latest IS-2911.

Carrying out initial Working pile load test on specified dia piles as specified in IS:2911 (Part 4). Includes all plant, equipment, machinery, instruments, measuring devices, platforms and kentledge pile caps etc., dismantling and carting away entire setup, excavation and dewatering etc., all complete.

Carrying out Dynamic Load Test on specified dia piles as specified in IS:2911 (Part 4). Includes all plant, equipment, machinery, instruments, measuring devices, platforms and kentledge pile caps etc., dismantling and carting away entire setup, excavation and dewatering etc., all complete.

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Flooring with Joint free double charged vitrified tiles of approved quality, colour and design joint free of size 600 x 600 x 8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
