Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductor complete of any type and size and removing unservicable conductor from site, complete all as specified.

Dismantling steel tubular poles/struts 11 Metre long , with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws , keeping in safe custody and re-fixing the same including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 4.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.0 mtr.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar ands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe, trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part-2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130-84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc,including connecting & testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, PCC Cable cover, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured &paid for separately).

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cms thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm for laying in trenches for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces , complete all as specified & directed.

Renewal of vertical type air break switch, gang operated, tripple pole, mechnically operated, outdoor type, with all fittings and accessories mounted on and including HT 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 11000 volts, 400 Amps current rating complete including dismantling existing air break switch all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm to 120sqmm including complete all as specified and as directed.

25x4mm galvanised iron strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required , complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning - of totally enclosed feeder pillar outdoor type (IP-55) fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type incuding locking arrangement bus bar chamber enclosed complete suitable for operation on 11000 volts, 50 Hz AC supply havng legs 45 cms long made out of 65x65x6 mm angle iron grouted on brick masonary plateform upto 30 cms. Brick masonary plateform should be 60 cms abve the Ground Level comprising the following :- (a) 60x10 Sqmm cross section area conductive electrolytic grade copper bus bar of required length with heat shrinkable sleeves, duly colour coded. (b) Bakelite indulators having short circuit with stand capacity of 26.3 Kilo Amp-01 (Set of three) Notes :-(i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. The fault with standing capacity shall be 25 KA. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar (ii) width of feeder pillar box shall bot be less than the panel not less than 60 cm. (iii) Cost for construction of platform for panel of brick masonary work in CM 1:6 with foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 including plaster work , PCC copping 1:2:4 ( using 40 mm thick stone agreegate), deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm size (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 40 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 21 of tender doucments.
