Configuring suitable username and password based security protocols for establishing privileges to restrict access / control of various modules of the system as required by the Engineer in Charge. 2. Making pre commissioning modifications, changes, alterations, amendments to UX/UI, screens, soft keys, logic of operation, report formats at site as per requirement of the engineer in charge. 3. Hands on, ON SITE Training on operation and report generation of Officers / site engineers / operators for period of 3 weeks after commissioning (during the first month of manning and operation). 4. Making any change, alteration, amendment, modification to the UX/UI, soft keys, logic of operation, report formats for a period of entire defect liability period from the date of trials, commissioning . These changes shall have to be carried out at site. 5. The above work shall be carried out by authorised representative of the Smart Station Platform developer.

SERVICES OF COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE
Comprehensive maintenance comprising of routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance of Scada water supply & Electric supply installed , comprising of all devices and accessories through out 12 months on all days including sundays & holidays for a period of 02 years after expiry of defects liability period (i.e. 36 months after certified completion of main work) all as specified and directed and as shown below: at Vasco Area
(a) 1st year after expiry of defect liability period.
(b) 2 nd year after completion of the work of 17.02 above
(b) The Contractor shall Employ minimum ITI qualification from Govt Recognised institute with adequate knowledge & minimum 2 years experience in maint/operation of Scada system. The operator must competent to carry out the minor maint all as directed.
(c) Contractor shall pay the wages to the employees through e-payment i.e Adhaar linked bank accounts (credit to their bank account). Engineer-in-charge shall ensure that e-payment made to employees and their wages shall not be less than minimum wages fixed by state Govt or Central Govt whichever is more. Monthly e-banking statement shall be furnished by the contractor to the Engr-in-charge and the same shall be kept in record duly verified.
(e) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge as well as officers detailed by central labour department.
(f) Each shift duration shall be 8 hours & duty timing will be decided by Engr-in-Charge.
(g) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for cost of labour for daily routine maintenance for trouble free functioning of installation.
(h) In case of any abnormal noise/ complaint the plant should be put off and same should be brought to the notice of Engr-in-charge.
(i) The operator employed by the contractor shall be capable of carrying out minor repair/ maintenance & should have well experience in installation as applicable.
(l) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of safety gear & required tools for minor maintenance. In case of failure to provide tools kit & safety kit (spanner sets, hand gloves), a penalty of Rs 3000/- per area of Vasco/ Mandoi/ Gomantak will be recovered and levied
(m) The Contractor shall not employ same tradesman continuously for more than 11 months during the Contract period.
(n) The contractor shall provide 02 uniforms to each operator and design of uniform shall be got approved. In case of failure, a penalty of Rs 2000/- per uniform per month till compliances will be levied and recovered from their dues.
(p) The Contractor shall maintain proper records of all kinds of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly or whatsoever maintenance is carried out during contract period in a binded book / register and shall obtain the signature of Engineer-in-Charge every fortnightly.
(q) The contractor shall provide board at proper location near each installations duly writting the name of operators and Mobile Numbers shifwise.
(r ) In case of non function of Scada system panel recovery @ 3000 per day shall be effected 24 hrs after the defect is noticed or notified either in writing or through a social media message by GE or his rep.
(s) Any defect in to a programmable logic controller (PLC) i.e., changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing etc., Any changes in Command control station software and related software i.e., change in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys ,broadband with static IP at Central Command Control Centre, broadband at the local Command Control Centre and GPRS enabled data cards used in all PLC based panel related to scope of work. etc. shall be considered as outstanding defect & Panel charge will be applicable as above in note (r ) multiple defect occuring at different pump houses , substations , sewage installations ,DG sets shall be charged seperately @ Rs 3000/- per day
(t) Contractor shall provided 01 No Graduate Service Engineer trained by manufacturer/OEM of the PLC based control panel with knowledge of operation of the system on SCADA and trouble shooting as and when required with respect to all sub sysytems viz., computers, all software, motorised and solenoid valves, pressure transmitters, ultrasonic and magnetic level sensors, communication equipment etc., of the automated system.(at Central Command and Control Center)
