Replacement of missing Tower Parts at 132KV Usawan-Tilhar S.C. Transmission Line alongwith other associated works under Electy. Transmission Division, Budaun with all cost of men, misc. consumables, normal & special T&P, welding machine etc required to be arranged by agency for satisfactory completion of the work, with all due care of safety & precautions as per technical specifications and direction of the supervising engineer, as per details below :

Replacement of Tower Part in Place of Missing Ones after due Fabrication of Tower Parts as per Sample from off sizes G.I. Angles to be Provided by the Department as per Requirement by due Cutting. Drilling etc, and then, Fixing the same at Required Places at different Tower Locations of above 132KV Transmission Lines with Proper Tightening & Chamfering etc. including Transportation of G.I. Angles.

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200seperation of minimum 10mm thickness with 10mm/12mm electrode & application of Zinc rich Aluminium paints on the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding of River Crossing tower & Anchor towers.
