The similar item shall be "FRP lavatory module for any type of LHB/ MEMU Vande Bharat/Vande Sleeper/Namo Bharat Rapid Rail coach. B) Developmental Order: 1. The bidder shall meet the requirements set out in latest RCF bid Document Ver-14 Clause 2.13.6. 2. Firm should have in-house infrastructure and M&P for manufacturing of the tendered item. (MDST: 139 Latest version) NOTE:- ALL BIDDERS MAY NOTE THAT 1) Tender specification with latest Rev./Amendment is to be followed. 2) For HL-3 compliant lavatory module as per MDTS 43373 Rev-01 or ICF/MD/SPEC-436 with Annexure - I A. Lab or Testing lab accredited as per lSO/EC-17025 to perform/conduct fire test as per EN45545-2 (Proof of same shall be submitted) is to be submitted mandatorily by the bidder along with their bid. Test report as per Sr. No. 9 of Table 3 of MDTS 43374 Rev-0 for fire behaviour Hard/Rigid Foam (with specified value of R10 HL3 & Evaluation Standard EN 45545-2) from NABL accredited Lab or ATIRA lab or DRDO, Pune or CIPET or any Govt. Payment Terms

PAYMENT TERM: 80% payment (excluding Installation & Commissioning Charges) shall be made on receipt of the items in satisfactory condition, against Receipted Challan duly signed by Gazetted Depot Officer and Inspection Certificate issued by the nominated Inspection Agency. Balance 20% payment (along with Installation & Commissioning Charges) shall be made after successful Installation & Commissioning of the equipment by firm on the basis of Certificate given by RCFs nominated Officer. In case Installation & Commissioning of the item is delayed or put-off beyond 90 days of the receipt of the item at the ultimate consignee due to written instructions of the Purchaser/Consignee, the balance 20% payment of supply portion shall be released to the Supplier on his furnishing the necessary Bank Guarantee of equal amount i.e. balance 20% valid for the period as asked by the Purchaser.

Statutory Variation Clause

Actual GST will be as applicable at the time of dispatch subject to documentary evidence. SVC Clause applicable. (ii) On reduction of rate of tax on supply of goods and services, the benefit of input Tax Credit (ITC) shall be passed on the recipient by way of reduction in prices. (iii) If firm is not liable to be registered under CGST.IGST/UTGST Act, the railways shall deduct the applicable GST from his/their bills under reverse charge mechanism (RCM) and deposit the same to the concerned tax authority:

Option Clause

The purchaser shall be entitled to vary the order quantity upto + 30% anytime within the delivery period (including extended delivery period) on the same terms and conditions. The increase in quantity with respect to the tender quantity can be done even at the time of ordering and the tenderer shall be bound to accept the quantity so ordered on the basis of his original offer. The purchaser shall be entitled to exercise +30% option clause in one or more than one installment as long as the total variation in quantity does not exceed the limit of 30% of ordered quantity.

II) ALL VEHICLES ENTERING INTO FACTORY PREMISES SHOULD CARRY VALID PUC (POLLUTION UNDER CONTROL) CERTIFICATE AND VALID INSURANCE POLICY. III) VEHICLES MAY UNDERGO SURPRISE CHECK BY RCF FOR GENERAL CONDITIONS SUCH AS TYRES PRESSURE, TANKS etc. AND REPORT SUBMITTED TO CONCERNED CMMs. IV) SUPPLIERS SHOULD ENSURE SPEED CONTROLLERS ARE INSTALLED IN ALL NEW HEAVY VEHICLES. V) RTA NORMS SHOULD BE STRICTLY MAINTAINED FOR DRIVER'S COMPETENCE.
IRS Conditions of Contract: The contract shall be governed by latest version (along with all correction slips) of IRS conditions of contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.
