Material and Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) , area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as directed by EIC, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Material and Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 mm x 450 mm x 7 mm / 250mm x 350mm x 7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6m buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with galvanized iron wire 4.0mm dia as earth lead means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 15 mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-5 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The cost of excavation and earth work, PCC pit and pit covers, funnel and watering pipe, wire mesh, charcoal dust and common salt, 15mm dia, medium grade, GI pipe as protection to earth lead and earth lead as 4.0mm dia GI wire (main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point length not less than 7.5mtrs) shall be deemed included in the unit rate for earthing.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multi-standard aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including making necessary connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing galvanised iron tubing light grade of size 40 mm dia for protection of cables with all fittings and fixed complete to pole / on wall or laid in ground complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m deep for taking out / laying of under ground cable/ erecting of poles / stay in any of soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying in replacement un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type-I, flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for reassembling of existing dismantled rectangular ducting system of central heating at surgical-II ward as per existing design including all the cutting, welding, drilling and joining complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of provision of New units, bolts, rivets and gasket shall be deemed to be included in the item rate.
