Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of overhead gantry for handling electro-mechanical equipments inside pump room along with allied works at LIS Kundra by way of laying of RCC blocks of size of 2’x2’x3’ for anchoring of vertical sections after excavation of 06 no. trenches of size (2’x2’x2.5’) by excavating soil, removal of excavated material and disposing of the same at appropriate place. Laying of crushed stone 40 mm at the bottom of excavated trenches and then laying of one layer of 1:2:4 concrete mass of 100mm depth, providing and laying of TMT bar steel 10mm, 200 mm square mesh throughout the blocks, providing and fabrication of 04 no. foundation bolts to each block along with nuts and washers as per site requirement and then grouting properly in the foundation block along with laying of cement concrete mass in the ratio of 1:1.5:3. Job further include providing and fabrication of 06 nos. vertical sections each having height approx.10 feet from 6”x6” MS square pipe having minimum thickness of 5 mm ,fabrication of gusset plates-12 nos. of size 1’x1’from 10mm thick MS plate, drilling of 6 no.of holes of 25 mm dia to MS plates and welding the gusset plates to the one end of vertical sections and then erection of all 06 no vertical sections by bolting the gusset plates with anchoring bolts and tightening properly with nuts/washers including fabrication and welding of 06 no gusset plates of size 1’x1’on the top of the erected 06 no vertical sections for proper positioning of ISMB. Providing ,fabrication, fixing and anchoring of ISMB-250mm approx.66 feet in length on the top of 06 no. vertical columns with the help of tri-pod stand and manual labour using special tools and tackles with proper welding using good quality electrodes, welding is to be done precisely in two or three layers as required along with removal of flux before a new layer is put in place, the ends of ISMB-250 to be fixed/anchored suitably in the walls of pump house .Job also involves providing and fitting of 3T capacity chain pulley block along with horizontal movement mechanism on the overhead along the I section, fabricated out of ISMB-300 approx.20 feet in length and fixing/anchoring properly with 02 nos. roller assembly set for horizontal movement on ISMB-250 and with one no. roller assembly set for traverse movement of chain pulley block. The dimensions and quantities may increase or decrease at the time of actual execution. Complete job include cost of material, skilled /unskilled charges. Transportation / head load charges, loading/unloading charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, shuttering/welding charges etc inclusive of all taxes. Complete job.
