Earthwork excavation for desilting the silt from the canal & re-handling and depositing on the banks the accumulated silt from the centre portion not accesible to usual earth moving machinery using float platform, including hire charges for float platform, poclain also inclusive of skilled labours for assisting at certain critical nooks and corners - the excavated silt dumped on the banks of the canal for drying and other related works as directed by the departmental officers.(3 Handlings)

Earth Work Excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed by the Departmental Officers except hard rock requiring blasting including baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing including all initial leads and initial lifts, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Conveyance of excavated soil, sludge, silt with a lead of 14 Km by using tippers loading and unloading levelling the same at dumping site as shown by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Dewatering using 5HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete. complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M 15 grade using M.sand and hard blue granite broken stone jelly of of 20 mm size mixing with mixer machine and laying in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick including bailing out/ pumpingout surface water if found necessary, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel for all RCC works as per design & drawing given including cost of steel, binding wire and labour charges for cutting, bending, laying in position and tying with binding wire etc, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Weep holes for retaining walls using 75mm dia PVC Pipes (PVC / Finolex or equivalent with ISI monogram with working pressure of 4Kg/cm2) including cost of materials and labour charges for fixing in concrete etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 300mm wide PVC EXPANSION JOINT in the 20mm expansion gap provided in between decks over piers and in between deck and dirt wall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealant etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of ready mix M25 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 ( 2004 ). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 [ usual admixture - Air entraining & water reducing ] ncluding the cost of hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer - in - charge,. laying, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 - 2000, 4031 - ( Part 3 & 6 ) / 1988 ( 2005 ) & ( Part 2 ) / 1999 ( 2004 ) and 516 / 1959 ( 2004 ), 4926 - 1976 ( 1990 ), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other OK cards. Supplying and Fixing of Digitally Printed Retroreflective Single Arrow Sign board of size 1595mm x 900mm made of Type XI grade cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67-2012 as per ASTMD-4956-09 Specifications, Digitally Printed using Latex Printer for Traffic Colour logos/text and laminated with UV Resistant clear electro-cut film and applied to proper prepared sign substrate made of 4mm thick Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and back support frame angle of 25mm x 25mmx3mm Supported by 32NB, 2.7mm Thick Stainless steel pipe all round in 304 grade and 2 nos. of vertical posts of 65NB, 3.04mm thick stainless steel pipe of 304 grade firmly fixed to the found by means of properly designed foundation of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 450 mm with M15 Grade cement concrete and the item shall include earthwork excavation, cost of materials, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc, complete as per approved template. The signs shall be manufactured using a system of matched components of reflective sheeting and overlay films and digital inks manufactured and supplied by the reflective sheeting manufacturer .Digitally printed traffic colour (red, blue, green, yellow, orange and brown) areas on white sheeting shall not be having less than 70 percent of the value of the coefficient of retro reflection established for its colour and type of sheeting as given in Table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012.The coefficient of retro reflection stablished for its colour and type of sheeting as given in Table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012.The coefficient of retro reflection after the stipulated warranty period shall be minimum 80 percent of the initial value of the printed sign (initial value shall be minimum 70% of the values given in table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012). Match component system warranty for the components like retro-reflective sheeting, overlay films and digital inks shall be provided by the manufacturer The Retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and certified copy of completed three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained by the engineer-in-charge. The warranty shall be inclusive of digitally printed logos/text/legends and their bonding to the retro- reflective sheeting (as per MoRT&H Specification No.801). The latex printer used for digital printing should be used with Inks of low VOC emission and should have Greenguard, eco logo certificate as per UL 2801 Standards. The warranty & Test certificates shall be obtained from the retro-reflective sheeting manufacturer by the contractor and shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position of Chain Link fencing of size 2" x 2" using 10 gauge Galvanised Iron wire mesh to a height of 1.5m width 2.5m from existing RCC Concrete layer over the M.S. Grill fabrication above the RCC wall with 50mm x 50mm vertical square tube at 1.5m intervals, 25mm x 25mm horizontal square tube at 0.30m spacing including, dismantling fixing of vertical tube in R.C.C wall, relaying of concrete and rates including cost of steel tube, chain link fencing mesh, concrete and labour charges for cutting, welding, tying, laying,fixing in position, painting, concrete cutting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.
