Repairing of Loktak-Leimatak road from RD 8.000 Km to RD 12.000 Km of Loktak Project.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters (i) Mechanical Means using Hydraulic excavator.

Removal of existing asphaltic wearing coat comprising of 50 mm thick asphaltic concrete laid over 12 mm thick mastic asphalt including disposal with all lift and lead upto 1000m.

Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam Specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. A) By Manual Means ) Grading-I (a) Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel.

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with - Bituminous concrete, 40mm. (Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2) (i) for grading I Material.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. 16.30.2 On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm.

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately). 16.33.2 With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent.

Seal Coat (Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats) i) Case - I : Type A.

Painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows etc on Roads in Two Coats on New Work (Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc on roads in two coats on old work with ready mixed road marking paint confirming to IS: 164 on bituminous surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control ): (ii) Up to 10 cm in width.

Cement Concrete Pavement with 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 grated stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing complete.

Dismantling of structures (Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, i/c T&P& scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material & stacking the serviceable material within a lead of 1000 m). (X) Removing all type of hume pipes and stacking within a lead of 1000 meters including earthwork and dismantling of masonry works. C) Above 900 mm.
