Supply and errection of steel tubular pole swaged type 410-SP 55 (LT 11.00 mtr long pole) complete confirming to IS: 2713 complete with CI base plate pole cap bolt nuts & screw with cast iron base plate, pole cap, mild steel bolt, nuts and screws complete all as specified including consisting of following works:- (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide & 1.83 mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in the excavated of soil after fixing the pole in foundation ramming earth around in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation 900mmx600mm cross section and planting depth 1.5 mtr for concrete encasing the pole upto GL complete all as specified and directed. (c) M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for plinth block/collar above GL 500mm high and 450mm dia complete all as specified and directed. (d) M&L for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5mm above plinth block. (e) M&L for writing letter or figures (Block Roman, Italic as Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint of apprised shade not exceeding 5 cm height including numbering of pole complete all as specified and directed. (f) Painting of coping with cement based paint all as directed. NOTE : Manufacture's test certificate will be produced before execution work. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch air break gang operated HT 11000 volts grade triple pole with 09 insulators, 200 amp capacity current rating complete with dropout fuse assembly with fuse carrier fuse elements mounted on insulators and steel frame mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of rod 25 mm bore GI pipe, light grade of suitable length worked from ground level with locking arrangement fixed with flat iron clamp 50x6 mm and MS channel of suitable size and length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or passing through pipe/fixed to wall/pole and duct etc HT XLPE insulated, screened with extended semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, inner sheath or PVC tape, galvanized flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC outer sheathed conforming to IS-7098 electric cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 volts, earth grade including jointly and testing of cross sectional area 95 sqmm x 3 core complete all as specified.

M&L for shifting & transportation of existing transformer step down 11 KV/0.433 KV of any capacity upto 315 KVA capacity from store yard of GE(AF) Bihta to the site of work at Darbhanga and installation, connecting up, testing and commissioning of servecable indoor/ outdoor type transformer, including carrying out minor repair such as replacing electroplated filteration of transformer oil and topping up of transformer oil ( as required to achieve desired level and die- electric strength of transformer oil), painting of transformer external surface with spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installing,testing& commissioning of factory assembled Silent Diesel Engine driven generating set including suitable AMF panel, 1500 RPM of capacity 160 KW (200 KVA), 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 Volt, 0.8 PF complete with control panel including integrated powder coated accoustic enclosure as per CPCB regulations and duly certified by agencies / labs designated by CPCB for noise and sound pollution level etc floor mounted including PCC foundation as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified & as directed. (A) DIESEL ENGINE (MAKE- KIRLOSKAR/ CROMPTON GREAVES/ CUMMINS/ ASHOK LEYLAND) as per IS- 10001/10002 of required capacity for driving 160 KW (200 KVA) alternator multi cylinder, vertical type, 4 stroke, water cooled, elctric start confirming to IS for continuous running capable for taking 10 % overload for one hour complete. (C) ALTERNATOR (MAKE :- KIRLOSKAR/CROMPTON/STEMFORD) shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 160 KW (200 KVA) continuous operation at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 volts, 50 Hz, three phase 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with ± 1%, with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible coupling and conforming IS 13364 complete - 01 No (D) Common fabricated base frame for engine & alternator made from structural channel, jerk proof placed in & including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vibration pads as per the recommendatio of the manufacture (NOTE - Cost of suitable size of PCC foundation and platform raised 30 CM above ground level shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor) (E) Bottom mounted steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capacity not less than 12 hrs continuous operation, inside canopy, with fuel level gauge, drain plug, locking arrangements, etc, with & including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete all as specified & directed. (ii) Microprocessor based programmable type solid state intelligent relay for automatic ON/OFF operation of fire fighting pumps as per logic of standard fire fighting procedure/practice and as per relavent latest IS and as approved by GE including suitable rating of heavy duty contactors, suitable transducers, sensors, control wiring etc., complete and all as specified and directed. (iii) MCCB (incomer) 200amp, adjustable type, FP, 25KA (ics=100% ocu) - 01 No Make: Legrand/ABB/Siemens. (iv) Star-delta starter of suitable rating for main fire fighting pump, standby pump and jocky pump with all required accessories complete. (v) MCCBs (outgoing) of suitable rating for main fire fighting pump, Jocky pump and standby pump with breaking capacity not less than 25KA (ics=100% icu).

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in counduit pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc., as required 4mm dia GI wire (For connecting electrical equipments to earth grid) complete all as specified and directed.
