Earth works:

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches by mechanical means exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Filling available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layer not exceeding 20cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Soiling work in foundation: Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Concrete Work: Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering Foundation trenches

Brickwork

Providing first class brickwork in foundation and plinth of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement; 4 coarse sand) Foundation wall

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete qnty as item no 11(i)

Flooring

62mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener toping, under 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) water absorbtion less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, inall colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12mm thick bed cement mortar 1:3,join with grey cement slurry @3.3Kg/sqm including grouting with white cement and matching pigments. MF: Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Woodwork:

Providing wood work in frames of doors of seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood,koroi, titachap,bhola including complete required for upright and fixed in position second class teak wood.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters of doors, windows and celestory windows with kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

Aluminium windows: Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators etc with 6mm thick clear float glass both side having 12mm air gap i/c EPDM gasket, other specifications, drawings complete.

Railings: Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required : in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Fittings for Doors and Windows:

Providing 40x5mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia. Bolts, nut and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation,grass brushwood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling ach layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and topmost layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m
