Opening of manhole covers, taking out sludge from septic tank, inspection chanber5s, manhole machanically (hydraulic sewer cleaning vehicle by pumping, depth of tank not exc 1.5m, burying in nearby area to a distance upto 5 Km where direction inside defence land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The contractor if requried to detail one hydraulic sewer cleaning tank mounted on tractor troly / vehicles alongwith driver / operator in the office of AGE B/R Dett-A permanently on all working days for any emergency.

All as per Srl item No 1 here-in-before but depth of tank exc 1.5m and not exc 3.0. Note: (i) The payment shall be made on the basis of actual area (internal) of the septic tank / manhole / soakage pit/ soakage well multiplied by depth of the sludge accumulated. The unit rate for desludging shall interalia deemed to included the cost of dewatering and shall not be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Digging and burying of pit to be paid seperately under item No 3. (iii) The work is required to be executed in complete area of responsibility of Dett A which includes area upto Narian, Lam, Kalal, Rumlidhara & Naushera etc.

M&L for digging of pit of size 1mx2mx1m deep by mechanicaly or manualy to burry the sludge obtain for Ser No 01&02 immediately after unloading of tanker / truck of Ser No 01 & 02, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Separate defence land will be earmaked at various location by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning of blockage of WCs including P or S traps, floor/gully traps of any size and depth upto and including 1st manhole manually with necessary T&P as per the site requirement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Cost of cleaning of 1st manhole shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate of this item quoted by the tenderer)

M&L for cleaning carefully by rodding manually or mechanically from inspection chamber to septic tank or manhole to manhole the existing 100mm bore sewer lines, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 05 here-in-before but die of pipe 150mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above) the ground level) by breaking up and disposal of rubbish and debris to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for (Reinforced cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc and n. exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 100 mm bore SGSW pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia (as per requirement) cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in alternate bays, finished the surface even & fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 ( using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in haunching and channels inside manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufracturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes of 150mm (internal dia) for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm grades stone aggregate) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes of 100mm (internal dia) for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm grades stone aggregate) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting salt glazed stoneware drain pipe in position, including jointing socket end of new pipe to same with packed spun yarn and cement mortar (1:1) for internal dia of pipe of 150mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) 110mm bore pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors or trenches after dismantling of cast iron or PVC or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) 75mm bore pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors or trenches after dismantling of cast iron or PVC or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm (soil) ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for vitreous China wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern) white, including fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flushing pipe and also including plastic water closet seat cover white colour, closet pattern with recessed bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and including set of CP jet with connecting PVC pipe of superior quality, complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F for vitreous China squatting pan Orisa pattern 580x440mm size pan white with front or back inlet with integral 'foot rests including provn of lime concrete bedding and including connections to 'flushing cistern/ pipe, complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (premium quality) Square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (a) Tenderer shall be quoted a rate of sewage cleaning items seeing a CI Ops area and scattered area. (b) Tenderer shall be deployed two sewage cleaning workers to dispose day to day complain received from users side.
