Total length of the pole will be 9 mtr. thickness of sheet should not be less than 3mm, diameter of the pole at bottom & top will be 170 mm and 70 mm base 260 mm and 260 mm respectively. pole shaft shall be provided with fixed flange plate of minimum 60 mm thickness with a provision of minimum 4 nos fixing foundation hot dipped galvanised boats. All other hardware i.e nuts and bolts, washer,spring washers, flats,split pins etc. should be not dipped galvanised (Utkarsh/ Crompton/ Bajaj/ Transrail/Surya Rashmi Ltd.)

Making of RCC foundation with M20 Grade of Concrete with graded stone chips (20 mm normal size) including shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground as per relevent IS Codes for soil bearing as per the nature of the soil at depth of 1.50m, collaring shall be 200mm above the ground level base block plastered net cement before installation of pole.

Supplying and fitting and fixing 1.1 kv grade 4 sq mm 2 core PVC insulated armoured Alluminium Conductor Cable & Connection for hanging make -Havells/Pollycab/KEI/Glostar

Supplying and fitting and fixing 16-32 amp MCB DP, 240 v (SCHNEIDER/ Havlls/ standerd/ anchor/ leygrand / L&T/) in existing sintex box including all fixing accessories as required as per instruction of EIC.

Supply fixing on the pole manual/digital timer 24 hours (L&T /Havells/Leygrand/Siemens as approve make) and sintex box (IP 65 400mm/300 mm/190 mm in side size) with contractor as requrie3d with Supply of clamps, nut,bolts etc.

Supplying & Fixing of Commercial type LED Flood light Luminaries 150W led(IP66) with Presure die cust aluminium housing and heat resistance toughened flat glass complete of approved make with constant current LED driver and lense make -Havells/Philips/ Crompton. with 5years warrenty

Supplying & Drawing 1.1 KV 3 core 1.5 sqmm standared 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed Copper wire (Ancher / Havells/ Polycab make ) in 19mm sia 3mm tick polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. Connection as requered .

Supplying & fixing Compression type gland Complete with Brass gland, Brass ring & rubber ring for dust & Moisture - proof entry of XLPE / PVC armoured Cables for following XLPE/PVC armoured cable 2C 4 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method including .Supplying & Fixing solderless socket ( Dwels make ) Tapes , and anticorrosive Paste & joining materials 2C 4sq mm .

Earthing by 50mm dia ISI - medium GI Pipe 3.64 mm thick X 3.04 Mts long and 1 x 4 SWG GI ( Hot Dip ) wire ( 4Mts long , 13mm dia X 80 mm long GI bolts , Double Nuts, Double Washer incl. S & F 15mm dia GI pipe Protection (1 Mts long ) to be filled with bitumen partly under ground level and party above ground level Driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts bellow the ground level.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S&F GI ( Hot dip) wire of size as bellow on wall / floor with staples buried in side wall all floor as required and making Connection to equipments with bolts , Nuts , washer , Cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages . a) Solid GI wire (i) No 4 SWG .

Supplying and fixing laminated Vinyle ACP Sign Board on Pole including supply and Fixing Clamp ,Nut Bolt and other necessary accessories prining photes as per instruction of EIC
