Maintenance of tubewells which includes round the clock monitoring of tubewells of all sizes, complete repairs / rewinding of submersible pump sets including cost of material components required to repair pumpsets, starters, meters etc. of electric panel of tube wells, Lowering and unlowering of pumpsets complete in all respect, maintenance of log-books & Histroy sheet as directed by Engineer-in-charge for tubewell per month.

16.0 HP to 25.0 HP (2Nos. X 12 month = 24nos) Submersible pump set in CWR

Maintenance of centrifugal pump sets and motor including cost of rewinding of motor, material components & accessories required to repair pumpsets, starters etc. of electric panels, deinstallation and re installation of pumpsets complete in all respect for per Centrifugal pump set with pannel per month. maintenance of histroy sheet as directed by Engineer-in-charge for centrifugal pump set per month. Operated load of Centrifugal Pump sets (HP)

13.0 HP to 20.0 HP (2 Nos. X 12 month = 24nos)

Running expenditure of pumphouses which includes complete operation of pumpmotor, maintenance of log-books as directed by Engineer-incharge, General uplkeeping of premises, security arrangements, Regular chemical dosing in CWR cleaning and desiting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six montsh daily valve operation under the campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per month (excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.)

Upto 100 HP

Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size & mateiral which includes repairing of bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, collection & recording minimum 10 nos. residula chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution/rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of orad of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing mateiral to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavate4d sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and upto ground level for entire job contractor will use their own T & P. Conractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering. JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amentity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this time. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages withing sipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network withing the scope of work for per km. pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department

1 Km to 50 KM - One fitter II & One beldar

Providing and laying in position cement concrete M10 grade nominal mix 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in base course complete including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work. Rates are exclusive of GST
