M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from walls, fins, chajja etc shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots and removing debris/ malba to low lying area out side of MOD land and applying 3 mm thick waterproof wall care putty to obtain even and smooth-truline surface by rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior weatherproof (water based) paint (in camouflage pattern in CCD pattern as approved by Stn HQ) of dark colours/shade on walls (shade as approved by GE) of dark colours/shade on walls (Two coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm per coat over and including priming coat of exterior primer (water based) applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster/grit wash from facia, walls of any description etc and removing debris/ malba to low lying area out side of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS 2645 – 1975 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall/roof parapets etc and applying 3 mm thick a layer of waterproof wall care putty and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion (water based) paint (in camouflage pattern in CCD pattern as approved by Stn HQ) of dark colours/shade on walls (shade as approved by GE) including 1 coat of water based exterior primer on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of corrugated roofing sheet and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern in CCD pattern as approved by Stn HQ)) of dark colours/shade (shade as approved by GE) on roofs/sheds etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 grade 165 quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for MS work as in post and strutt and fencing, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars for doors balusters,noising to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts,posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling hoes nothcing for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh ) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe - 290 Gde E - 165 as specified and directed.

M&L in applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel and iron surfaces over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in for fixing angle iron and coping including necessary form work) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick or PCC block masonary built in cement and sand mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 incl demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate ) for sub base 75mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured exterior paver tiles 300x300x8mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block for road side curb stone as per sample approved by GE for road side curb stone and for laying and setting in CM 1:4 including demolition of old PCC curb stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated plsatered or concrete surfaces and applying two coats of weather coat over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60 mm thick precast cement concrete coloured machine pressed interlocking tiles of grade M-35 any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment in floors / pavements incl 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation for training area pathway complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing of DG Set 200 KVA of any Make ,checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lube oil filter assembly, air cleaner assembly lube oil hose flexible pipe, hose turbo etc including replacement the same with same size, make and capacity of parts Such as Fuel filter, Lube oil filter, Air filter, coolant and Engine oil ,hose pipe,Diesel filter with gasket etc and draining out the old used burnt engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump with suitable cleaning solution such as petrol and diesel or any other cleaning solution and refilling new engine oil required grade up to required level and including checking of AMF control panel, tightening of loose connections and testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge Note : (i) Engine oil shall be measured and paid for separately under successive items here-in-after. However, labour charge are deemed to be included in item rate above. (ii) Servicing shall be carried out by authorised dealer of manufacturer. (iii) Minimum 6 months gap/200 Hrs of run whichever is earlier shall be considered for next service. (iv) Repair Guarantee for replaced parts/servicing of DG Set shall be for six month from the date of service.

Taking down of radiator from DG set (15 kVA to 200 kVA DG) of any type any make carefully cleaning of tubes and fins complete with the help of proper cleaning agent and wire brush soldering of tubes and fins at required places testing and refilling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of defective water pump from DG set (15 kVA to 200 kVA DG) of any type any make repair the same by water pump repair kit removing of leakage refitting after testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of water pump body assembly suitable for 15 kVA to 200 kVA DG Set of any type any make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of self starter motor and charging alternator 24 volts complete set incl dismantling and taking down old unser from DG set suitable for 15 kVA to 200 kVA DG set of any make any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of self starter motor and charging alternator 12 volts complete set incl dismantling and taking down old unser from DG set suitable for 15 kVA to 200 kVA DG set of any make any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of solenoid switch suitable for existing DG including all necessary arrangement for kirloskar CumMINS Gen set of capacity 15 to 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of AMF panel of DG set of capacity upto to 75 KVA cleaning of AMF panel, rectification of defect rewiring replacement of D/S indicator with new indicator of complete AMF panel and replacement of U/S relays under respective item of this schedule complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing,PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for damaged earth pit chamber with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber of earth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of PCC 1:2:4 TYPE B-1 using 20 MM graded stone aggregate including necesssary form work and handle for removing the cover from pit with fair finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Ceramic insulator of standard size for ligthning strip protection fixed in wall of one mtr distance with suitable size screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Copper strip 20 x 3.0 mm fixed with top of insulator/saddles, fixing with screws , washer etc with help of drill machine for roof conductors and down conductors above ground and and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of DG set of capacity up to 200 KVA by rubbing old paint and applying two coats of spray painting with (existing colour) deco paint from outside, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. (i)Painting of DG will be carried out for plinth mounted DG set . Necessary tools and plants shall be arranged by the contractor. (ii) MES No / SM No has to be written with 3" letters on each DG set after painting with white colour on black background without any extra cost.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth for laying of cables/poles or foundation etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling, including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm apart all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushoning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sub class `B` bricks for cable protection all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down UNSV LT Under Ground cable of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways and Aluminium thimbles/lugs are incl in the quoted rates. (ii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

M & L for Taking out unserviceable outdoor unit and supply and fix the new outdoor unit of 1.5/2 TR capacity split AC 230 Volts single phase including installing ,charging complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- OLD U/S AC Outdoor unit need to deposit in MES store no credit will be provided for the same

S & F Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to galvanized iron earth strip 25 x 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or fixed on wall with porcelain insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4mm GI strip complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Busbar Chamber suitable size for set of 04 aluminium busbar 400 Amps rating ,supported with suitable size as per direction, each of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. Supply installation,testing commissioning in repair / replacement of horizontal single mounted single phase 220 V/250 V 6000 RPM 50 Hz, AC siren audible range 2 Km 1/4 HP complete incl necessary grounting on wall/roof etc incl connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of hot pressed moulded SMC boxes with hinged door fixing of size 325mm x 220 mmx 150 mm with MS clamp 25 x 3mm made to shape with necessry nuts bolts clamps and washers complete comprising of Aluminium bus bar 63 Amps capacity of suitable size -04 nos mounted over Porcelain insulator with nuts & bolts washers incl MCB SP 6 amps and making incoming and outging connections by taking out loops of cable of any size incl necesary excavations and other civil works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
