The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90 percent of the contract value), at least one similar nature of work such as Construction Lift irrigation Scheme/Water supply Scheme through piped network of value not less than Rs. 3596.11 Lakhs during the Last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25). The value ofthe completed work shall be given a weight of 10 percent Per year to bring them to the price level of FY 2025-26. The intending bidder should have executed a minimum Quantity of the following Items as stated below in any one year in during last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25). VT/Submerged Centrifugal HT Pumps 2 Nos each pump not less than 178.97KW(Kilo Watt) of 240HP

Supplying, laying and testing of MS/DI/HDPE pipes for Rising main / Gravity main for a length covering the minimum Dia of 910.00mm and above for a Length covering not less than 13.97 Km in any one year during last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25). The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division.

Achieved in at least two financial years during last 5 years (i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25) a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 7192.23 Lakhs. Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to price level of FY 2025-26.

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5-B), Where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years i.e.2020-21 to 2024-25 (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.
