Following work needs to be carried out at different substations under ETD Ayodhya with all cost of men and T & P at 132 KV S/S Darshannagar as per instructions of Supervising Engineer:
To attend SF-6 Gas leakage of 145 KV SF6 CB of 40 MVA Transformer Bay at 132 KV S/S Sohawal.
Detect pole leakage by SF6 Gas leakage detectorin every part including gas density monitor and replacement of gas density monitor if required..
Extract SF6 gas from pole units by help of SF6 gas extraction plant and keep it into empty SF6 gas cylinder.
Dismantle all top covers from pole units and opening of fixed contact chamber from pole unit.
cleaning of all fixed & moving contacts,polishing the contacts and applying micro carbon grease on contact surface.
Replace O rings, absorbant and refitting the same.
Apply Vaccuumm in all poles by help of vacuumm pump upto specified value and keep it for 4/5 hour & check no loss of vacuumm.
Complete Overhauling of Spring Charge Mechanism assembly,cleaning & Lubrication.
Dismantling of close & trip coil assembly,opening its parts,cleaning,lubricating and adjustment of air gap of this plunge
Checking electrical connections in the marshalling box and tightening all electrical connection.
Check Close/Trip operation of this breaker satisfactory
Check Close/Trip timing by digital meter
Replacement of Main NRV with pipeline(if required).work consist of dismantling of main NRV with pipeline & replace it with new one &fitting at its original place in CB,SF6 gas filling in all poles at desired level for satisfactorily completion of work.
Identification of damaged control cable from breaker to control Panel and Relay Panel and taking out from the trenches after openenig of termination.Then Laying of new cable in trenches and complete thetermination in both sideas per CB and relay panel drawing and checking of all the indications of breaker status on Control and Relay Panel.
