Dry sand cushioning to underground cable provided with layer of 8cms thick before laying the cable and 15cms thick after laying and stretching the cable and punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

PCC cable cover class HV type 2 flat size 450 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ISI marked)

Returning, filling, levelling, spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply laying, commissioning and testing in replacement XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power (Heay duty) with aluminum condutor 11000 volts (E) grade cross sectional area 150 sqmm 3 core cable in trenches, jointing with proper lugs, cable gland including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting of steel tubular HT poles in Zebra pattern 30 cm wide, with synthentic enamelled paint in black and yellow colour up to 1.2 metre height from pedestal, including painting of steel structure, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates (all metalic parts) of Steel Tubular pole complete, with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces including writing in 80 mm wide letters/ numbers in both side of pole MES,LT/HT and pole No complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking proper shut down and disconnecting up the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 1000 KVA removing the lid/cover for inspection at site and to facilitate minor repairs after draining out the transformer oil reassembling the transformer refilling the transformer oil (new or old) installing, commissioning and testing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: All the parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rewinding of HT/LT coil confirming to the original winding of the transformer of any make/capacity with supper enamelled copper wire/strip or DPC copper wire of appropriate gauge and turns including allied materials complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of copper wire /strip - Atlas/Devidyal.

Maintenance and complete overhauling of 11 KV VCB Make: Crompton including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol & CRC-226 and reassembling of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board, main bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints bus bar, CTs, PTs, spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode including all routine and preventive maintenance complete and replacing unserviceable parts and components etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
