Demolition of unreinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding & concrete (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises where directed and complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards any type and any thickness including cover fillets and frame work complate all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors and approns etc, laid ,bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 is to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 is to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) for ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from walls including scrapping and removing the entire scales of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wall care putty 3mm thick in surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered/putty surface of wall and finishing walls with two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces, including cornices and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling including making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces, including cornices and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling including making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L and preparation of old decorated walls and finishing walls with two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M &L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4 ) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M &L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4 ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor laid in bays finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including provn of glass dividing strips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in base, mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

M & L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1 : 6 for laying of floor tile complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1 : 4 for laying of skirting/dado complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles Double charged 10mm thick(square/rectangular) polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm,in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but as in skirting/dado complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid colour ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area pf each the exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm of approved 1st quality in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white / coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Glazed Ceramic tiles coloured, of size 450mm x 350mm x 6 to 7mm thick approved 1st quality as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/ coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in skirting,riser of steps,dado and pullar over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including hanging rods of 6 mm dia from roof slab including S&F seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800x1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reiforced with cellulosefibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having fillips headwith under haed cutter at 200 mm centre to centre,including finishing th ejoints of face board with specially formulated joiting compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam les finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- In- Charge

S&F GI powder coated snap grid of size 605 mm x 605 mm frame work for false ceiling including Gypsum Board 12 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screws including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I.wire (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including applying two coats of OBD on visible surfaces and one coat of white wash on other surface as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified

S&Fsolid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Gypsum board only of size 600x600mm and 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screws including removing the existing old gypsum board from the false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25 mm dia powder coated alumimium curtain rods and taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Brass double center curtain brackets fancy type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description not exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2.0 Sqm and resecuring,easing and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 1.5Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting pointing complete all as specified and directed.
